First of all, they shouldn’t promote fast shipping! It took almost 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive! Then when I finally got my beloved Fracas, I got a bad bottle. Either they store their perfumes incorrectly or it’s fake.
Fracas is normally a big loud fragrance but I could barely smell it and after 10 minutes it’s completely gone. I have tried it over a few days but it’s the same.
I have been in touch with the website but no one answers.
Don’t fall for their cheap prices or supposedly fast chipping.
Deeply disappointed.

Since this is marketed as a Parfum, I expected strong performance in terms of projection and longevity.

While the scent itself is pleasant, on my skin it lasts only about 2 hours, and the projection is extremely weak. For a Parfum concentration, this performance is disappointing and feels more like a very weak Eau de Toilette.

I have read reviews where people say the fragrance lasts until the next day on clothes, and the seller claims it should last 6–8 hours. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. In my case, the projection is very weak and noticeable only for the first couple of hours.

Because of this performance, I have started to question the quality or authenticity of the product I received. Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious when purchasing fragrances from this seller.

I can highly recommend Deloox. They offer professional and responsive customer service that genuinely listens and empathizes if any issues arise.

On top of that, their prices are excellent great value for money.

I had a bad experience with Deloox the other day (#17852304)
I bought a perfume from Deloox on 10/29/25
I got the order confirmation, and it said on the website that it would be delivered within 2-3 days, so after 5 days (11/04/25) without any other response, I decided to contact them to ask what had happened to it. (At this time, my delivery app said that the delivery company had not received the package yet, but Deloox's website said that they had sent it).
Immediately after, an automatic email came, saying that they would respond within 7 business days, and the next day (11/05/25) they responded, and wrote that I should send the order number so they could see if they could find my order.
I did so right after. They wrote back, said that they could not find the order, and would send me on to their real customer service. (They will also respond within 7 business days)
After 8 business days (11/13/25) without a response, they finally wrote that they were sorry that they had not had time to respond. They then asked if the problem had been solved yet or if it was still relevant. If it was still relevant, I should answer with “yes” and then they will prioritize me highest in responding back.
I wrote yes, and not until 6 days later they responded again. (11/19/25)
They wrote that the package had been found to be lost in their sorting of packages.
They then gave me 2 options: either I could get my money back, or they could send it again. I chose to have it sent again. They sent it the same day, and I received it 5 days later. (11/24/25)
When I got the package, I opened it and it looked perfectly fine.

So all in all, their products are legit enough, their customer service is nice, but in my experience they have no control over the sorting of their packages and delivery.

Very unprofessional company that leaves it’s customers in the dark. The day I ordered my package, I was told I would get a mail once it had been shipped so I could track the package. I had to call because a week had passed with no word and on the site it says that shipping takes 1-8 days. I called and they said a product in my order had not been available yet, they said they would ship it the next day. I have been tracking my package for the last 5 days with no new updates about shipment, until one day it says that Delois has cancelled my order. I call and ask why, and I’m told that the order was damaged and that they’ll send me a new one in 4 days 🤦🏻‍♀️
The thing that’s uncomfortable about this is being left in the dark as a customer, receiving no info from the company itself about all this and having to sit and wonder on my own and be the one to reach out multiple times.

Deloox actually did very good - but they use Budbee as distributor in DK and they do not live up to the amount of days that Deloox promise for delivery...
My package was stuck with the distributor for 5-6 days...
