I don't think Cocopanda make the payment process very transparent, nor do they send reminders if you have payments due. Other retailers have never had this issue, so I'll avoid using Cocopanda again.

Worse shopping platform. I have ordered for my Christmas gift , it’s been more than 2 weeks they didn’t send me. I try to call them but kunderservice is not answering. I paid for delivery 1-2 days. Never received.
