Medium, could be better costumer service
Good experience with the website and selection of products available. I find it a bit overpriced and they do not give "rewards" there is a point system, of which they constantly send emails (+2 times a day) which is annoying and I had to unsubscribe. Compared with other beauty-webshops I've had better costumer experiences, I made a substantial order and they did not send a single sample to try...constant emails will not make me buy more products.
