This is a excellent program. It's not that difficult and the results are amazing! I have so much more mobility. I don't have back pain anymore. Thank you Josh and Vanja!

Hanging daily has improved my grip strength in all aspects of my life, especially in my resistance training with the weights. I will continue to hang daily. It also stretches out my spine nicely. This program is amazing. ❤️

Having access to the program and the community to have questions answered is very helpful. The programs are comprehensive and easy to access. I also love the community aspect of the program. It's great to know more people are working through the workouts with you.

Movesmethod provides great information, helpful videos and coach assistance for movement exercises. It took me a while to find a schedule that works for me but now I’m fitting in movement throughout my day and feeling stronger, more flexible and confident. The toolkit is really good value for money to start with. Aches and inbalances have dissapeared and I will no longer accept them as part of aging. I’m looking forward to try out the rest of the programmes.

I’m 59 and I thought I am too young to feel this old. I joined the MoveMethod program about 6 weeks age and thankful I did. Since joining, I have applied the movements to my daily life and it has been so rewarding and getting better everyday. I use to struggle getting out of bed or getting up off a chair or couch. I would have to stand a few seconds to get my balance to start moving. Now I’m getting up off the ground without using my hands. The community is great and the support from everyone is amazing. They help me to stay motivated and keep moving.
10 out of 10 in my book.

Just started the program and already feel it's different from what I've tried before! Small steps => powerful advances. Already feel I gained some flexibility with my knees. I like the philosophy and the guidance. The platform is great and clear. Surprisingly, the community built is great to join too, though I usually rarely place comments, but there is something going on here! I recommend at least to try!

I have struggled for years to find a strength and conditioning program that worked and didn’t leave me more damaged than I already was. I am so happy with this programme and my coach, Kyle, and feel like I am finally making progress and my body doesn’t feel stiff and sore and broken anymore. I highly recommend this programme. It works, they listen to what you have to say and work with your individual needs. I absolutely love it!

I am almost finished the mobility toolkit - only week 4 to finish, although I suspect I will be using this for some time. Decided to take it slowly as I'm 74 and obviously lost some mobility due to not moving in the right way. I am progressing really well through the exercises. Even though I do yoga classes with teachers around 4 to 5 times a week and giving my own accessible yoga classes twice a week, I could not squat or hang at first. The squat is still not fully attainable yet but getting better all the time. I am determined to get there. I truly recommend this program to everyone, young and old.

I’ve been at it for nearly three months now and have made noticeable progress in all areas. I am very satisfied with the programs and the support. Questions and issues of any kind—even those unrelated to the training—are answered quickly, reliably, and courteously. I highly recommend it.

At first I was annoyed that the very first exercise required a tool I didn't have: a bar for hanging.
And I left this programme; I just let it, sitting in the corner of my phone and really forgot all about it.
But I came across some videos again. I made do with a door frame, a children's bar, etc. But after one week decided to buy a gym bar. Because I realised that it worked: the pain in my upper back, somewhere between my shoulders, I've been experiencing it since having twins 25 years ago, is alleviating every time I hang. And coming back if I don't, because I'm still in the early stages.
The other exercises in the 4-week programme are hard, but there's progress already at week 2, so I think I'm somewhat hopeful about it 👌.

This program is awesome! I have been working out and trying different methods for over 20 years now and I'm always looking to improve my abilities. Moves method let me take my mobility and injury prevention knowledge and strength to another level that I did not previously have. It helped me in so many ways in my everyday life to be able to move in the hardest positions with strength. I would suggest this to anyone from beginners all the way to those who have been working out as long as I have. There's nothing like it!

What a company. Top notch coaches. The best coaching I've ever had in my life. A fantastic app. A great community within the app and in the daily calls. The extra content in the daily calls was fantastic and very helpful. My coach was super responsive, unbelievably knowledgeable, answered any and all questions I had at any point, and i genuinely felt he cared about fixing me and helping me be the best I could be. He took all my concerns into account, he pushed me, cheered me on, corrected me when needed, and built a plan specifically for me to get me pointed in the direction I needed to go with my body. He worked within my schedule, even getting up at an ungodly early hour to do calls within my schedule. Can't say enough about my experience, my coach, and the organization as a whole. It's damn expensive, but it's worth every penny if you're willing to put in the work.

I am so glad I found Moves Method. I was starting to lose hope that my body would ever be pain free. I enjoyed working and learning with MJ. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to break down the why’s and how’s of what my body was doing and ways to fix it. He was able to help me see the bright side when I was frustrated, and celebrated every win with me. Without MJ, and Moves Method, I wouldn’t be moving as freely as I am today.

After nearly giving up, I decided to try Movesmethod. They listened to my issues & set me up with a coach to fit my needs. I was honest with Coach Rumen about how my body felt, what I liked & didn’t like, and put the work in. Rumen gave me feedback & mentioned progress I didnt realize I had made. I’m so glad I invested in myself & got the guidance I needed to rebuild my strength. Thank you Rumen!!!

The opportunity to have one on one coaching sessions and guidance from Coach Rumen has really impacted my progress for the better. As someone who has struggled with mindset and self doubt at times, coach Rumen was always encouraging and helped me extend kindness to myself regardless of how I showed up that week. The constructive feedback he has offered so far has added value to how I move my body and has increased my enthusiasm to invest in myself through taking care of my body. This is the beginning of the journey and I am grateful for the progress I’ve made so far with the help of Coach Rumen and Movesmethod. Thank you to the team at Movesmethod but especially to Coach Rumen.

I am 70 with a number of health issues and joined Movesmethod about six weeks ago. I'm not good at IT and slow at typing so I initially felt I might not participate in the community however, I am so glad I did.It it's not exactly 'a routine' in my case but I am committed to doing it whenever I can. I have just been looking at Week 2 day 1 prior to attempting it in an hour or two. I know I need to rest prior to giving it a go as I managed a an exercise class this morning followed by 20 lengths front crawl. I think I'm having a good day today but migraines can strike at any point. I started Movesmethod after being impressed with Vanya's Youtube videos. I thought the 30 day squat challenge would be beyond me but was able to reach 30days accumulated squats at about 14 days. I then realised that I had prioritised trying to increase the duration of squatting I could do but only by having by spine well in front of my knees. My knees began to get sore and I decided that I needed to prioritise form over duration. A week on using mats book to slightly raise my, heels I was managing 15-20mins squats with my spine much closer to upright. Today I managed about 15mins squatting whilst queueing for my exercise class to start. Would not have done this until another community member posted that she took any opportunity to gain squat time. She pointed out that we should not worry about what others thought and this was an important learning point for me.
I read the communities posts most days and absorb lots of new ideas, tips and strategies from other members. I am struck by the supportive and thoughtful input of the contributors.

Very solid program. Lots of support available, although you need to work through the multiple avenues to get that support.
