I’m happy with the program. Jury is still out on the product, Testa Boost. My only critique is on the follow up. My current physical state was really not considered and it felt like pressure to simply buy more product.

Ordered my second bottle of Burn PM, I have not started working out due to two big surgeries in 12 months. Although I have not lost any weight, I do believe I’ve lost a few inches. I’m getting back to walking a couple miles a day and riding my bike. The work outs that I received will start this week. I am sleeping sound, a good deep sleep since starting the Burn PM. It feels good to feel good again and I have the energy to tackle projects around the house.

I am not interested in taking a ton of supplements so the videos that say give me a few minutes but are actually over 30 minutes long, I honestly do not watch anymore.

I am respectfully requesting refunds for my orders. My primary care was concerned about kidney function labs and indicated that he did not want me to take these pills. I have attempted numerous times to work w customer support but the are telling me that my orders can’t be found under my accounts email!!! Really?!? Please help.

Not sure there is even a real person in the support center.
-Hard sales tactics.
-they don’t honor their refund guarantee.
-Seems to be another scam.
-Buyer beware.

I paid for a 3 month subscription but wanted it to start in a week, not immediately. During that week I thought my plan would be fine tuned as I am a pescatarian and do not eat cottage cheese, shell fish, red meat, chickens, or pork. The diet plan came back with chicken and a lot of cottage cheese on the menus. I emailed about getting this corrected and was told it would be. It never was.

On the first day, I had a zoom scheduled with my coach. I received 5 emails in the days leading up to my scheduled call. The coach never attended the zoom call.

I then asked for a full refund, which they have denied. I am now filing all the information with my credit card company.

Do not believe any reply they post. My experience is it has turned into a huge disappointment.

The company just contacted me via email and indicated I would receive a full refund in 7 to 10 days. The good news is, if they don’t provide the refund my CC company won’t pay them. It took me two days and filing a complaint with my CC company before vShred sent me an email acknowledging a credit was deserved.

Three years now and still working it. Great concise workout - fits my day perfectly and I do it 6 days a week. I'm in better shape than I have ever been at 69years old.
You do owe me for a return from 2 years ago - your Burn gave me such stomach problems I had to stop, but it was effective.
Used to be able to speak with someone, but no longer - you've become like the rest and that is very unfortunate.

The salesman made it VERY clear that I had 90 days to request a refund. I asked for a full refund in 6 days and they say I am not eligible for a refund. They did NOT individualize my plan as promised but just tried to ignore me ot upsell.

I really like the app. Very comprehensive, from recommendations of calorie intake , meal prep , grocery list for batch meal prep. Wide range of Workouts to choose from, for gym goers, home workouts, chair workouts for those still in rehab. The program is getting better over the years, with a lot of new updates. Worth the money. Will strongly recommend to friends.

I needed better information when joining afterward It all made sense I just needed to adjust what I had and what I was Going To Get Love It

The quality of the product, customer communication and with a workout program that's got a great coach.

I paid around £42 for a plan but maybe I was expecting too much. There's an awful lot of reading to do, calculations to make and you have to then create your own menu plan with their guidance. It looks like a full time job. I was expecting a clear plan but it's just guidance and you have to figure it all out yourself......or pay a lot lot more for a personalised plan. It's devious marketing and I wouldn't have spent the money if I had known.
Update... Vshred sent a response to my review linking me to a masterclass to make things " easier" for me but the link did not work!

Horrible company! Please look at these reviews before you commit. They are dishonest and liars. There are no money back if unhappy in 90 days guarantee like you are told! Very high pressure and will not take no for an answer. Respond to emails when you are outside of their “refund” window. Would give 0 if possible. Very expensive for little of nothing

I have a chronic pain condition. I joined hoping I could do it, but I just couldn't. I called customer service to cancel any further charges. They got back to me immediately and said they would refund my purchase even though it was past the date!! I wasn't expecting that and to me that shows their customer satisfaction team is awesome. It also tells me that this program is the real deal. If they weren't, they would be giving me a hard time cancelling. The little I could do I enjoyed. He gives great advice and coaching. I would recommend this to anyone who wants good workouts and great service when you have a question. I don't impress easily, and they just blew me away.

I think the program, my coach, the app, and meal plans were great. I learned so.much to start me down this lifestyle change. The team above my coach I feel we're pushy salesman. Once they got my money initially never heard from them. When my time was ending, they reached out again. I was doing amazing in their eyes when they realized I wasn't going to renew I was going to fail! Not impressed in that regard. But my coach was awesome, guided me through everything. Lost 40lbs on my program. And its still off!! And staying that way!! If your a newbie like I was it was an investment in my health and education well worth it. Just be aware of pushy sales people.

I paid $6,000 for V Shred’s 12‑month program and didn’t receive access during their 72‑hour refund window. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said my only option was downgrading to a 3‑month program for $2,000 — no refund at all. Sales pitch by creator Vince Sant clearly states 90-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Clearly a lie.

Once I finally saw the program, it wasn’t worth the price and I hadn’t used anything. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a repeated pattern.

Stay away. Their refund policy is misleading, and their tactics feel predatory.

The menus and workouts were great. I liked that I was able to talk to a real person to get advice. Everyone was really responsive to adjusting my menus and workouts to what I needed.

For the first year, I followed the plan really well and felt a lot healthier. The only reason this isn’t a 5 is that when I ran into trouble with motivation, the virtual interactions were not enough to keep me on track.

I need to switch to a real life physical person. But now that I have all the tools, that can be a friend and workout buddy to keep me accountable. Thanks.

I made a mistake in ordering a product, contacted company, refund was issued no problem. Very smooth and polite process. Was impressed!
