We ordered a sofa and on the day it arrived, we registered the return and it took two weeks to even get a first response. We even contacted the Customer support team multiple times over the phone and they were a little help also. It's taken over a month to even arrange a pick up date for the return only because we have chased the team ourselves. We also have to pay €100 in return fees. The poorest Customer service we have ever experienced will not be buying from them again.

Do not buy here, please. They are unable to ship the product to your home address. After 15 days waiting for my purchase I had to request a refund from my bank.

I was extremely satisfied with the product and purchase process. I was very dissatisfied with the delivery, which to ne fair, was contracted by Miliboo to a transport company. The delivery personnel
refused to honor allowîg the sofa pieces to ne inpacked for inspection or to return the product if it was damaged despite my having paid for the Security package. They told me that they were required to follow the transport company's rules and were not boûd by Miliboo's requirements.
