I have never had such a poor experience…
I have never had such a poor experience with a company. To summarize:
I paid for a premium delivery service that was supposed to include delivery directly into my living room, yet I had to practically beg the delivery driver to do his job. When the sofa finally arrived, it turned out to be defective, with no holes to attach the legs.
To make matters worse, customer service is extremely difficult to reach and provides inconsistent information. One representative told me I would receive a refund, another said I needed to package the sofa because it would be collected, and then I stopped receiving any response at all.
Overall, this is a highly unprofessional company with poor product quality, inadequate customer service, and very little regard for its customers. In short, you can find much better quality products at a lower price almost anywhere else.
