Amazing service, beautiful furniture…
I placed my online order for furniture for our Spanish property with Nicolas. I was concerned that my items would not arrive on time. However, Nicolas kept in touch with me and was I able to track the progress of the shipment. I placed my order on Tuesday, that were to arrive the following Wednesday. Much to my delight my order was in Spain on Friday.... Three day delivery. Now that is what I call excellent service

Good processes and nice furniture
The chairs we ordered arrived on time and delivery was great. There was damage on one chair and the solution provided by miliboo was really prompt and helpful - offering partial refund rather than having to wait for replacement and send it back was sensible and more convenient for us. I think the finish of the wood isn’t brilliant, but for the money they look very nice. Hopefully they will have longevity. After this first experience I would definitely order from Miliboo again because the process and delivery were smooth and that is not usual delivering to us in the countryside.
