A little over three years ago we found our wonderful pup Lennox here and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. We were looking for an Angel and that is exactly what we got!

From the very beginning the experience was seamless. They delivered him straight to us and made the whole process so easy. Since then Lennox has been by our side through everything, from New York to Houston and on so many trips in between. He truly goes everywhere with us.

I cannot say enough about how amazing he is. He is the best dog I have ever had and I appreciate being able to trust a place that delivered exactly what they promised. If you are looking for a great dog and a trustworthy experience, look no further. We are so grateful and we cannot imagine life without him. He is turning four soon and we could not be more proud!

I paid $3,000 for a purebred puppy Chihuahua. The dog was delivered to me by pet Handler via an airline from Florida. The puppy was absolutely adorable and beautiful I fell in love with it immediately! But, brought him home and he's extremely intelligent but very timid which isn't a problem. The problem is that he was certified as a purebred Chihuahua. My landscapers are mexican-americans. When they came to do my yard, I brought my brand new puppy out to meet them and I said, ¡Ay, Chihuahua! And they all looked at each other and then looked at me and said, "No, not a Chihuahua." So I did a DNA genetic test of my $3,000 purebred Chihuahua and turns out it's a mutt of six different breeds. It's 75% Chihuahua, part rat terrier, part Yorkshire Terrier, and three other different mixes that I'm forgetting right now because he's over two years old now and I just received this review from Mawoo Pets. So my puppy, Cosmo, was still under a year old when I did the genetic test probably three or four months old. And I contacted Mawoo Pets and told them I spent $3,000 and I have a certificate here stating that it's a purebred Chihuahua and I did a genetic test and it's not a purebred Chihuahua and they said well we can give you a refund and take the dog back. I said that's absolutely ridiculous I'm already attached to the dog the dogs attached to me I want a refund on my money. They stated that we don't guarantee the authenticity of the birth certificate and we don't guarantee that it's a purebred even if it stated on the certificate you have so we will not issue you a refund but we will take the dog back and give you your money back. I said absolutely not. So beware! Make sure you're getting what you pay for one way or another! I love Cosmo he is smart he's so intelligent and he sticks by my side and he's just a wonderful dog. The biggest problem is I needed a small dog because I'm 60 years old and I have a bad back so I wanted something small that wouldn't hurt me. A mix of six breeds is now 20 lb and way too heavy for me to lift up or pick up and put in the car and take to the vet. I drive a tall SUV so it's very difficult for him to jump up in there so I had to make a ramp for him. And then when he gets on my lap which he loves to be there he's extremely heavy and I have to move him and he gets disappointed. A regular Chihuahua should weigh under 10 pounds I wanted a small dog that would be 10 lbs or less possibly 7 lbs and I got a dog that weighs 20 lb and the maximum limit for airline travel on dogs is 20 lb with the pet carrier. So now I can no longer travel and visit my family that live a thousand miles away and bring my dog with me. I have to find a dog sitter. There was one good dog kennel in town that he would love to go and stay but they went out of business and the next candle I brought him to and I picked him up he was so traumatized he wasn't himself for the next month. So I will not leave them in another kennel ever again. I will find and I have found a person who babysits dogs and she's actually a vet tech at my Veterinary clinic. So that turned out to be a very fortunate coincidence. But, she may not always be available when I have to travel, so, I have to make other arrangements. Which is costing me more money. So when dealing with this company, make sure you stayed up front and find out about their policy and make sure they guarantee you that it's a purebred and if it's not they're not going to make you give the dog back to refund your money tell him that if it turns out it's not a purebred and they lied to you, and you're already attached to the dog that though refund the majority of your money no matter what and make sure they send you that in writing before you send them any money for your new pet. Or maybe you could try to have them contact the breeder because they don't sell the dogs directly they sell dogs from various breeders from around the country. That's why they don't guarantee it being a purebred because they don't check out every breeder integrity and honesty. So it turns out the breeder I got my dog from has no integrity and no honesty. So, you might ask the company if you pay them for the breeder to do a genetic test on the puppy you want before you purchase it maybe they'll do it for you I don't know it's just a thought. But I doubt it cuz if they did that they'd probably lose a lot of money because they probably sell a lot of dogs from breeders that aren't purebreds that have a certificate saying it is a purebred.

Loved everything about my experience ❤️

I found a puppy I fell in love with just seeing her picture. I was extremely concerned on being a scam. Deposit to hold puppy and then rest due before set up delivery. I was concerned I’d lose my money but very happy to say I have my perfect puppy. Great communication by Mawoo Pets. I highly recommend them.

I do not leave many reviews but given the excellent experience from the very beginning to the end was 5 stars. The original person by text was excellent, The level of support felt personal, warm and just everything I had hoped for.

Pick up was on time and exactly how outlined when we met the breeder. The breeder was great and the entire process was just streamlined.

The experience was top notch! Mawoo Pets Communication with Alex was wonderful. The Breeder was so kind and Nice. Safe and fast delivery of the cutest puppy. It was a professional job. Breeder Bridget met at a safe location for pick up. I got all the Vet paperwork. Pay was secure and easy. So happy with my new puppy.

The experience and process was seamless. Everyone was very attentive and communicated very fast. Our breeder was so kind and delivered our puppy to our door. Our new puppy is the greatest addition to our family and we can't believe how we just picked her from a website. We've had her now for 2 months. She is super healthy and thriving.

Any questions I had, Ashley from Mawoo was more than obliging, very patient, and made sure that all my needs and concerns were addressed. She also made it possible for me to meet the breeder thru video chat before doing final purchasing of my furry friend. This experience was one of the best ever. I absolutely love my little Lucy, she’s better than I could ever ask for.
The only thing I would recommend is asking to video meet with the breeder and your future furry friend before any money changes hands. I was told by Ashley that my Yorkie would be teacup, so I put a down payment on her, but by the time I put down a down payment and got to meet the breeder and Lucy thru video, the breeder told me she was NOT considered teacup…and a few months later, my Yorkie is 6 lbs… Wouldn’t trade her for anything, she’s perfect. Just recommend you meet your furry and find out if it’s exactly what you’re looking for before any transaction happens

I was terrified that this was a scam, however, they proved themselves every single step of the way. Very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable staff! The breeder flew with my puppy then Ubered with her for 2 hours to my apartment. I have photos of my entire process from start to finish & am happy to show you my pup, this was awesome!
