Brooke was super easy to work with. She helped me crate train my puppy! it was a really easy experience.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel as if my wonderful experience should be documented. I was previously scammed out of a $8k French Bulldog, which left my husband and I with so much hesitation on online puppy platforms. However, not only was Stormi so friendly and easy to work with, she herself had experience with breeding puppies herself! My husband and I just felt so at ease with the whole experience, and we ended up adopting a new French bulldog, less than what we were scammed out of. Brooke also deserves a shoutout as well. She taught me how to properly care for a puppy and how to crate train my new dog! If you are feeling skeptical, let go of it and you won’t regret giving Honestpet a try.

I purchased a Cavapoo from Honestpet a couple weeks ago. However, although I was happy that my puppy was adorable and in great health, the thing that really sets Honestpet apart is their customer service. Brooke was a gem. After my Cavapoo arrived home, she was always quick to respond to my messages, and even helped me potty train my puppy upon arrival. I am still contact with Brooke till this day (and even other members of our team). I couldn’t recommend it more.

Our family had been looking for a puppy for months, and HonestPet ended up being the company we felt most comfortable with after speaking to several different places. The team was knowledgeable, answered every question we had, and was upfront about timing, pricing, and what to expect throughout the process. To be honest, the pricing transparency was great. I checked other sites and we were always hit with many different fees at checkout...vax fees, delivery fees, and so on.

Brooke has probably answered more random questions from us than she realizes, and every time she’s been patient and genuinely helpful. Sometimes it was about training, sometimes it was just us wanting a second opinion because we weren’t sure if we were doing something right. It never felt like we were getting canned answers or being rushed off the phone. That kind of follow up isn’t something you expect anymore, and it’s made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. Having someone you can actually reach out to after the excitement wears off has been a really nice part of working with HonestPet.

My husband and I went back and forth for a while before deciding to move forward. We had talked to a couple of different companies, but something always felt off. We ended up working with Julie, and she was just easy to talk to. If she didn’t know an answer right away, she’d find it and get back to us. There wasn’t any sales talk or pressure, which we appreciated.

The process itself was pretty simple. We got updates when there was actually something to update, and everything happened about when they said it would. By the time our puppy came home, we felt like we knew what to expect instead of wondering what was going on.

A few days later Brooke reached out to see how things were going. We had already realized puppies don’t come with instruction manuals, so we had a handful of questions. She walked us through a few things, gave us some practical advice, and checked in again later that week. It didn’t feel like a scripted followup. It just felt like someone making sure things were going okay. The kids are attached to him already, and the house feels different with him around. Looking back, the whole experience was pretty much what we hoped it would be. Nothing flashy, nothing overpromised, just good communication, good people, and a puppy that has been a great fit for our family.

We spent a few weeks looking at different companies before deciding on HonestPet. Buying a puppy online isn’t something we wanted to rush into, so we probably did more research than most people. One of the biggest reasons we chose HonestPet was because there were so many positive reviews. That gave us a lot more confidence.

Our experience ended up being pretty much what we were hoping for. Michelle handled the delivery and was great about keeping us updated. She answered my questions quickly and always let us know what was happening, which made the wait a lot easier.

After our puppy came home, Brooke from customer care reached out to check on us. I honestly didn’t expect much after the sale, but she spent time answering questions about feeding, settling in, and a few random things we were worried about as first-time puppy owners. She never made us feel rushed, and it was nice knowing there was someone we could actually reach out to.

Our puppy arrived healthy, happy, and exactly as described, with all of the paperwork and vaccination records organized. The first few days were definitely an adjustment, but that’s just part of bringing home a puppy.

No company is perfect, but what stood out to us was that everyone actually followed through. The communication was consistent, nobody disappeared after we paid, and we always felt like we knew what was going on.

Overall, we’re really happy we chose HonestPet. It was a smooth experience from start to finish, and we’d definitely recommend them to friends or family looking for a puppy.

There’s no single question unanswered or challenges unaddressed for Brooke. We LOVE working with her because of her competence, prompt replies, and assistance. We truly appreciate her support even in heroff hours. We feel her deep care for our fur baby and us.

What really stood out about HonestPet was that they didn’t disappear after the sale. They truly care about their customers and their puppies long after they arrive home.

My gf and I live on the lower east side in manhattan. Growing up she had always wanted a puppy. After some research, I found a Fluffy Frenchie from here. The employees that I spoke to were very helpful and it was obvious they knew a lot. The surprise went exactly as planned. Thanks!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have had such a wonderful experience with HonestPet from the very beginning. Tiffany helped me find the perfect poodle that fits my lifestyle, and I couldn’t imagine a better match than my sweet Sassy.

One thing that has really stood out to me is the communication and lifetime support they provide. I’ve already had two training sessions with Brooke for help with potty training and crate training, and she has been amazing. She is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gave me tips that have truly helped make the transition with Sassy so much easier.

HonestPet has also been there for more than just training. When Sassy first came home, she was having a little trouble adjusting and wasn’t wanting to eat much. I took her to the vet and they gave her something to help stimulate her appetite. HonestPet checked in on us and covered the cost of her treatment, which meant so much.

You can tell they really care about their puppies even after they go home. I would absolutely recommend HonestPet to anyone looking to add a new puppy to their family!

I found the puppy of my dreams on HonestPet and the employees I worked with throughout the process (Brooke and Stormi) were so wonderful. Stormi was who I worked with at the beginning interviewed me about why I wanted the puppy and answered a lot of my initial questions. Brooke helped set me up with someone who had previously gotten a puppy from the same breeder and also sent me a ton of pictures and videos to make me feel comfortable about not being able to meet him in person. I was worried about that, but felt better after a lot of back and forth. She also organized the transport which was included in the price.

I did a two week stay and train before getting my pup and would highly recommend it. Even though I’ve had my pup for a few months now, Brooke checks in and I can also text her and she gets right back to me. She’s currently helping me reset my puppy since he’s had an adolescent regression and gave me advice on what to ask my vet about with some bloodwork abnormalities. The 10 year health guarantee was also a big reason I went with HonestPet.

Would absolutely recommend.

We received our precious Franchie Bulldog on June 11, 2026. She arrived looking not well at all. We took her the next day to the Vet Hospital. She tested positive for:
Giardia, Metronidazole, Round worms, whip worms, and Isospora. I asked Honest Pet to give me all records of her shots and vaccines. All I received was that she had had a rabies vaccine on June 9th and that was it. Unexcusable for a 7 month old not to have any shots or vaccines. Honest Pet did not get in touch with me until 8 days later to check in. Today, June 19th, she is starting to get better and we are so very thankful that we saved her. If any of you are thinking about adopting a dog from Honest Pet, I hope you really research the Breeder.

I just recently got a Cavapoo from Honestpet and my experience was great! My husband and I did a lot of research before because we were a bit weary of buying a puppy online. They let us video chat with the puppy beforehand which I found great and answered all the questions we had. They even delivered our puppy to our door at no extra charge. I would recommend!!
