I bought the first model collar had an issue, it broke when my son tried to grab the dog when someone came over. No questions asked, they just replaced it with a new and updated collar. They said it was still under warranty. What a great company.! Really take care of their customers! Very easy to work with.

Great Pyrenees-capable Creek solution
We moved next to a creek and needed a creative solution to keep our 2 Great Pyrenees near our new property. The collars work well with training and appropriate feedback. Great solution and cheaper than a big ass fence that wouldn't look nice anyways.

I am very satisfied with Spot On
I am very satisfied with Spot On. Not only does the collar work great in the woods where the internet is spotty at best BUT when I had trouble with my dogs collar, they replaced it for free. I didnt even have to ask. The collar was well over a year old and been in mud, water and who knows what else. With great customer service and the reliability of the collar, rest assured Ill be a long time customer. Thanks guys.

Opportunity to Improve. Service Recovery
After researching several options we were happy to spend the money for this unit because we felt it was worth it based on what we learned. We are still not able to use the product because it will not charge. I requested a replacement as soon as we opened it and discovered the issue. I did receive a prompt response, I was disappointed that rather than being able to exchange the brand new and non-functioning unit for a replacement I was asked to go through many additional steps, send photos, etc. I have still not resolved the issue and we have not been able to use the product at all thus far.

Great when it works
Great when it works. Constantly have issues with the collars fence not aligning with the map. Can be 15+ feet off from where map says it is vs where collar beeps /shocks. After a couple years it won't even turn in any more

Pretty good...BUT
Right after purchasing my first collar the Nova series came out and I had to send it back and pay more to upgrade. I should have been notified the Nova was about to drop so I didn't have to go through all that and pay more. I like the features of the Nova but the charging system leaves a lot to be desired. The charger is easily disconnected, it should be a more solid connection. Overall I am fairly happy with SpotOn.
