The water fountain was much anticipated, given the separate waste water, I thought it was perfect. The kitties, however, would not drink from it! Even though they are familiar with fountain water bowls. Thankfully, customer service allowed for this problem and I’m returning it for a full refund.

The app and connection, while strong and within 1 room of our router, has connectivity and weak signal issues. The recognition ai is still in beta but it makes me laugh when it thinks my shorthair tabby is my white and Grey rag doll. But the actual function of berated water that is clean and tasty to my furbabies is exceptional. They clearly love it, and there were no issues with assembly, filling, or waste water containment.

Great Litter Box, Mid App
The app isn’t really intuitive (hard to understand where to go for certain settings or actions) and runs pretty slow (if that’s more due to the litter box’s placement in my home, nothing tells me that but also I never had connectivity issues with my previous automatic litter box). Still, the litter box itself is designed beautifully and appears to be functioning as expected though the placement of the screen and buttons makes me feel inconvenienced due to having to crouch to read or press. My cats are taking to it well, but again, the app makes it hard to find information I’m curious about such as how long it takes to cycle and how long it waits to resume after sensing a cat. I’m hopeful that this will be the last litter box we buy and I look forward to avoiding the app when possible.
