I needed to pause my subscription because I’m just stacked with your product now, but there is no easy way to do that on your website. Apparently I have to call between very limited hours in the morning and in the afternoon it’s wild to me that in 2026 I can’t simply adjust my order with a push of a button or two.

Terrible experience: defective product and misleading customer service
I bought the PUROBOT Max Pro 2 and it stopped working just 2 to 3 hours after setup. When I contacted PETKIT support, they assured me they would ship a replacement unit and explicitly told me I could dispose of the broken one. After waiting 8 days with no update, they told me nothing had been sent, called it an "internal error," and said I now have to return it to Amazon myself. Complete lack of respect and professionalism for a product that costs nearly €600. Avoid!

I think the Pro Max 2 is great
I think the Pro Max 2 is great. One of my cats uses it with no hesitation, however the other really doesn't like it but uses it anyway. Unfortunatly, I do have some issues. The inside of the drum is not as large as I expected. My cats are about 11 lbs each and find it very cramped. My largest cat has even peed and pooped on the outside of the opening. I also, don't like that the camera app doesn't seem to record 24hrs a day. I only get picks in the morning hours but I know that they use the box more often due to the amount of waste. Not sure what to think of that. I'm still in my 30 day window on the app and may just choose to not renew it. Otherwise, the box works perfectly as advertised. Deodorizes well, cleans well, looks aesthetically pleasing, I even got the ramp which also helps cut down with litter on the floor, which there is practically none.

The Pura Max cat box is great but not as so easy.
I love the Pura Max cat litter box. My cat has been using it for about a year. However, I am very unhappy with the Petkit litter. I have tried all of the different Petkit litters and all of them have the same problem. The litter clumps and sticks to the liner of the box so as it rotates the wet litter sticks and does not fall into the conatainer. Every day or two I have to manually scrape the side of the box to loosen the clump of litter prior to using the scoop mode. I have tried cleaning the entire container. I have tried cleaning it more frequently. I have tried more and less litter. All of these attempts have the same result. I am considering going back to a diffent type of cat litter box.

I absolutely love my PETKIT automatic…
I absolutely love my PETKIT automatic feeder. It has completely changed the game for me and my two cats. I can monitor their food intake. See who is eating throughout the day. Vacations are so much easier knowing I can still see and interact with my cats. I can’t go back to a regular bowl ever!
