We have used this collar for 4 months now. We have needed a little help along the way and the customer service has been outstanding. The collar is great, and frankly I’m sure there are other collars that are great too. When we started shopping for a collar there were SO MANY OPTIONS!! It’s almost overwhelming. BUT, there will come a time when you may need help with your collar and the customer service with this company is why you want to make this choice! I would choose this collar again and again. It works exactly as it should and you can count on receiving any help from the company along the way! 10/10! And no, I’m not paid to say this. Just hopes this helps someone else make their choice easier.

I can’t say enough great things about Satellai! The collar, fence line, and app have been absolutely amazing, and the peace of mind they provide is priceless. While the beacons I ordered didn’t work as well as I’d hoped inside my home, that hasn’t changed my overall experience with this product.

What truly sets Satellai apart, though, is their customer service. Their team was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its product!

I had a problem and they were very quick and helpful to get it fixed. Communication was super fast especially on the weekends, I was surprised.

Support team was amazingly helpful. I chose to communicate through email for my questions. Every question was explained and helpful. If you also have hard time with set up don’t hesitate to contact them.
It’s been two days with the collars for two of our rescue residents, we have a large area for them to roam with lots of trees. They are loving the freedom. I absolutely love the fact that it has recall on the app, our dogs have been very responsive to them. We are not using the stim at this time because they are being very responsive to just the commands. My only complaint is the collars are heavy but it does not seem to bother them at this point.
I downloaded the app to my iPad so I can have it on while I am working and see their activity. Even though I get alert when they are at the boundary lines. This is helping me recall them so they are aware they have gone to far and need to return.
Highly recommend this investment.

Overall, I am happy with this GPS collar for my Golden. She picked up the idea of boundaries very quickly, within a half hour. I had treats with me and she knew to come back to me for comfort and a treat if she heard the whistle at the boundary. She has never reached the vibration or static level, the whistle is always enough for her. I like that I can trigger a whistle to come home if I need her to come inside. One whistle and she happily comes in. Customer support has been really responsive and helpful. I did have to play with the boundaries a while to make sure she was getting maximum use of the property and not receiving whistles too early. It was tricky where there is a metal building. Sometimes it will whistle if she has it on in the kitchen for whatever reason, but she always has it off indoors anyway. The only disappointment is the battery life being only around 24hrs even though she only wears it 3 - 4 times a day and rarely triggers the whistle. We just make sure to charge it overnight every night.

Had an issue with one of our collars. Contacted customer support, they responded immediately, I sent a photo or 2 of the issue and within 3 days I had a new collar free of charge. They sent constant email updates throughout the entire process and there was no run around about the warranty. Daily operation of the collars are also top notch. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Really happy with the collar and the app! I have 2 German shepherds and they take off after deer daily but now I know where they're at. I have had a couple issues and customer service has been awesome, thanks for keeping me and my dogs together ❤️

The satellia dog fence is a total game changer. It is everything I hoped it would be and more. I live on an 80 acre country property and although that is a lot of room...my 2 beagles always seemed to find the road!! There is no way I could possibly put a physical fence around my property....this fence allows my 2 very active little rabbit hunters to roam the entire property without my fear of them running into the road...I can rest easy always knowing where they are at with the live tracking..they are the happiest they have ever been and I have peace of mind
You cant put a price on that...the satellia collars are worth every penny and more....they also have a fantastic support team that was there to promptly answer any question I had...im telling everyone about them and always say my dogs deserve it and so do I!!!

The Satellai collars I purchased are excellent and reliable, more so than the SpotOn collars I've used. My GSPs have about five acres of open fields and densely wooded areas to roam freely, and I've always been able to track them. The customer support team is excellent. Their communication is prompt, professional, always courteous, and genuinely empathetic. I highly recommend the collars for peace of mind in all areas.

Following an issue where a component detached from the collar, the company graciously provided us with several replacement parts to rectify the problem and ensure we received the correct piece. Our dog is now secure once more, and we are extremely appreciative.

Collar has worked excellent for us and when we lost screws customer service replaced them.

Honestly, the ability to have a collar like this is life-changing for both the human and the dog given our location and situation. I was a newer user so I lived through some ups and downs but this is to be expected for a startup. The company is clearly evolving and growing and still working on their product, and I like that. I had a major issue and they handled it well. Customer service has been on top of it. The UX is pretty good and they are evolving was a brand and a softwear in a mindful way.

Customer service is fantastic. Had an issue where I lost one of the screws to the collar. The support team ordered a replacement for me free of charge. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of

I am giving them 5 stars but there’s still just some kinks that need to be worked out before I would absolutely swear by this device across the board. Customer service gets 10 out of 5 stars though and if that was the only factor they would be untouchable. But the product itself does need just a little more fine tuning. Awesome product though and truly innovative and a game changer and life saver in many ways. All the same, I greatly recommend this product and this company.

Worked great for 9 months. Then it stopped making sound. Customer service is a joke. Asked me to basically be there tech support for a week testing things over and over send screen shots of app. Meanwhile my dog is unsafe on our property on a busy road.
I’ve realized that satellia DOES NOT care about your dog or its safety as if they did, they would have immediately sent me a replacement and asked for me to return old collar so they could see what went wrong.
Instead…..I got the famous satellia run around for 2 weeks. Then I had to put a $500 deposit so they would send me my new collar and that they would refund my monies once they inspected the old one and saw it didn’t work. Basically they think their customers are lying to them until they prove otherwise.
I paid the $500 so I wouldn’t have to wait as I do care about my dog’s safety.
Well it’s been over a week and I still don’t have it. Took them days to send and they must have strapped it to a turtles back.
HEY SATELLIA- DO BETTER, CARE ABOUT ANIMALS OR GET OUT OF THE PET GAME!
Absolutely unacceptable. Will down talk this collar to ANYONE that listens.
Notice they don’t have anywhere to leave reviews on there site. I’m guessing they pulled them from Amazon because you could leave reviews. Sad.

This is an amazing company and product. The customer service is absolutely top notch. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the collars we bought because our rescue dogs were too skittish taking them on and off. However, should the time come to buy satellite collars again, Satellai is our only stop.

Not sure where to start with this. At first the product seemed to work well other than the GPS fence wandering a slight amount. My cell service is not the best so I understand a few delays in the App. You need to check your app every time you put the collar on your dog, 9 times out of 10 when you need the App it is in an update mode or needs you to sign back in. The three-five day battery life is misleading, it might last three-five day with very limited function or options. Regular mode battery lasts 2-3 days like the competition. Next comes the quality of the collars themselves. One collar arrived with a faulty charging piece, the company replaced it promptly. Next one of the Mag collars ripping apart. Ok, I have two large dogs so I accept that it was probably one of them grabbing it off the other. Still trying to order the replacement parts. The process started on 06/28/26 and now writing a review 08/06, still no replacement part or shipping update. The product was shipped according to the company on 06/28 same day. After contacting the company multiple times I still have no collars. Going on six weeks without use of a much needed collar. They use Yun Express?? Where are these coming from China? Save a ton of time and frustration by buying from the competition with a proven product. 08/17 Back again adding to my review. Still no collar or explanation. 45 with no use. Customer service and call centers outside of the US are unacceptable. Again "Buyer Beware"; go with the proven competition. Not sure where to turn at this point. I'll probably need to bite the bullet and purchase another set from another company.

Who the collars were purchased for:
We purchased two SATELLAI collars for our two Anatolian Shepherds, who work as livestock guardian dogs on our farm. We’re a busy family of five, and these collars have become an essential tool for keeping our dogs safely on our property and from wandering onto neighboring farms.

Why I Chose SATELLAI

Before purchasing, I spent countless hours researching GPS fence systems. SATELLAI consistently stood out because it checked every box that was important to me:

* Excellent battery life
* Ability to create complex virtual fence boundaries
* One simple, all-inclusive Telecom subscription (instead of multiple confusing tiers)
* Reliable GPS tracking in a rural area

The collars were surprisingly easy to set up, and both of our Anatolians learned their virtual boundaries much faster than I expected.

Real-World Experience

If you own livestock guardian dogs, you know they don’t exactly take it easy on their equipment! Our Anatolians play incredibly rough, and eventually one collar came off during play and was never found.

Before reaching out to SATELLAI, I actually decided to try another very well-known GPS collar brand because I wondered if “the grass was greener on the other side.”

It wasn’t.

Not even close.

The competing system had noticeably shorter battery life, tracking that wasn’t nearly as dependable for our needs, and a subscription model that felt designed to upsell customers. I understand companies need to make money, but having four different subscription tiers just wasn’t appealing.

One of my favorite things about SATELLAI is that their Telecom subscription includes everything I actually need. A feature that’s especially important to me is being able to see where my dogs have traveled around our property. With the competitor, I would have needed to purchase their highest-priced subscription just to unlock that feature—along with several extras I had no interest in paying for.

Customer Service Deserves Its Own Five Stars

Customer service is another huge reason I’m giving SATELLAI five stars.

Simply put…wow.

Their support team has been outstanding from beginning to end. They are responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely want to help. Losing an expensive GPS collar is stressful, yet every interaction with their team made me feel like they truly cared about finding a solution.

I’m also the type of person who sometimes takes several days—or even over a week—to reply to emails. Not once did they make me feel like an inconvenience. Every time I responded, they picked up the conversation right where we left off with the same patience and willingness to help.

In today’s world, it’s honestly rare to find a company that puts this much effort into taking care of its customers.

Final Thoughts

After owning these collars, trying a competing system, and ultimately coming back to SATELLAI, I can confidently say I made the right choice the first time.

If you have livestock guardian dogs, live on acreage, or simply want a dependable GPS containment system with excellent battery life, an easy-to-understand subscription, and customer service that truly stands behind its products, I highly recommend SATELLAI.

One Area for Improvement

If I had one suggestion for SATELLAI, it would be to offer an alternative collar band with a more traditional buckle or heavy-duty clip closure.

Our Anatolian Shepherds are incredibly strong and play rough every single day. They’ve actually learned how to separate the magnetic clasp on the current collar, which has led to one collar being lost. I don’t believe this is a problem for the GPS technology itself—it’s simply a matter of having exceptionally powerful dogs that put their equipment through a lot more than the average pet.

I would love to see SATELLAI offer an optional buckle or locking clip-style collar for working dogs and other large, powerful breeds. I genuinely think it would make an already outstanding product even better.

That said, based on my experience with their customer service and commitment to their customers, I have every reason to believe they’ll continue improving the product. As soon as they offer a more secure collar band, I’ll happily purchase it. That’s how much confidence I have in SATELLAI and their GPS system.

Five stars all the way

We have 3 collars, 2 for Great Pyranees and 1 for a German shepherd mix. The collars have done an excellent job of keeping them from escaping from their chain link fence and on the rare occasion they escaped the corrections sent them back and allowed us to track their location. The times that I have contacted customer support they have been very responsive and assisted with any issues I have had. The fences are easy to create and use. Features like seeing where your dog has been during the day is a bonus. Great collars and great support.

Amazing collar, Amazing app!! And most importantly Amazing customer support, everytime i have a question they respond within 24 hours and always solve and answer my questions. I even bought a collar from a 3rd party which affects my warranty but they still helped me out as much as they could. Highly recommend this collar for your dog and for stress free customer service 🙏🙏🙏
