Happy but unhappy
I was happy with the process and my new pup whose name was Peter but is now Nic. He is great. However I do have to say that the amount of money that I spent on him alone , and the fact that puppy spot tried effortlessly to get me to spend more money on items , services, etc was a bit overwhelming and bothered me because of how many phone calls and emails were sent and made to me for that particular reason. Other than that I was very happy with the way things went. Thanks for our brief encounter and for Nic.

It has been a pleasant experience working with all staff members of Puppyspot. My friend and I bought a puppy each and they are now buddies. Heather and Niko are troopers.
The delivery of Heather was on time. Heather was dropped off by Skylar, who was very friendly. If I decide to get another puppy it would be from Puppyspot!

Top Notch Service and Quality of Puppies
This was my first time using a puppy service and I couldn't be happier! I brought home two brothers from the breeder: Kathy and Jhettlyn who have been w/PuppySpot for 19 years and breeding for almost 30 years. My two MalShi puppies are so SMART and well BEHAVED! They are astute when it comes to discipline. Kudos to the breeders for doing such a fine job! It was love at first sight and they have bonded so well with my 12 y/o Maltese. Already potty trained on mats too! Thank you to the staff and delivery of Max and Theo from Missouri to Texas today. Everyone was so courteous and right on time w/the promised dates!

I was told puppy would be transported without other puppies. He was transported with others. I would have flown if id known.
Delivery personnel were spectacular
Puppy arrived with ears full of debris and infected.
Otherwise puppy very calm and settling well.
