Our overall experience with PuppySpot was terrific. There was a little miscommunication regarding AKC during the initial discussion but Puppy Spot addressed it right away once brought to their attention. Awesome customer service. The delivery process was awesome. Our puppy actually arrived earlier than expected and we were given plenty of notice. The information provided by PuppySpot on preparing for our puppy and all the tools was spot on! Our puppy arrived safe and is an absolute joy!

Delivery was on time, and puppies are perfect. Have taken to their new home perfectly!

Available, punctual, and super helpful throughout the entire experience. From the first call, to even the delivery time, I was impressed. I have nothing to criticize, the experience was overall incredible, and despite my dream puppy being the loudest husky I've ever met, I wouldn't change a thing.

Any time I had a question about a puppy, they answered it right away. They were even able to put a puppy on a two hour hold while we made arrangements for purchase.

Customer Service was excellent. I was notified at each step of the process of getting my new puppy. I paid for the transportation. I was immediately called for transport. Millie was booked for transport; the wait was three weeks. She arrived and was clean and happy. Overall, great experience.

I got a puppy from them just 10 days ago. I later found out that the breeder had falsified her vaccination records. My puppy then became seriously ill with two of the exact illnesses her records said she had been vaccinated against, and it cost me $30,000 to save her life.

In spite of everything that happened, I was still willing to get her sister. I paid for her and completed everything on my end about a week ago. Now they have already canceled my order, claiming that I didn’t pick her up and that I didn’t contact them.

That is simply not true. I called, texted, and emailed them every single time. I have the records of those communications.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when I got my first puppy, I didn’t receive her for almost two weeks, and that apparently wasn’t a problem. But now, after everything I have already been through because of the falsified vaccination records and the $30,000 it took to save my puppy’s life, they canceled the purchase of her sister after only about a week and are saying it was because I failed to communicate with them.

I absolutely did communicate with them, repeatedly, through phone calls, texts, and emails. I have done everything I could to follow through on getting her sister, despite what happened with my first puppy.

I chose and paid for 3 puppies. 2 were discovered to have heart murmurs and the second was supposedly sold by breeder. This unpleasant process spanned for weeks and not only took a toll on me but also Fetch pet insurance who had to cancel and refund 3 policies before a healthy puppy was finally good to be delivered. I also purchased large bag of specific puppy chow which was delivered only to be told the chosen puppy was a no go. Finally I had to feed my new puppy this chow which was not his diet. Luckily he is fine now with this change of diet.

I absolutely adore my puppy, and the breeder was wonderful, but outside of making that initial connection, my experience with PuppySpot was extremely disappointing.

Communication was consistently slow and often frustrating. Many of the representatives I dealt with were not native English speakers, which at times made already complicated conversations more difficult. The delivery process was especially stressful. It took a long time to coordinate, and there was very little clarity about the actual delivery date or arrival time until the week of delivery. For something that requires coordinating work, travel, and everyday life around welcoming a new puppy home, that lack of notice is incredibly inconvenient.

I’m very grateful for my puppy and had a great experience with his breeder, but I don’t feel PuppySpot provided a level of service that justified using a middleman. Beyond connecting me with the breeder, they added more frustration than value to the process.

We are very happy with our new puppy.

I suspect I purchased Moose (mini goldendoodle) from Amish family in Indiana.
As soon as he arrived at my house he had kennel cough and parasites.
And now, Moose is fearful of everything and everyone but Me. He does not fetch as the breeder claimed to be.
He is scared of balls, does not play much. He hides a lot and he is very much anti-social. Moose just started Puppy school because of it. Trainer said its going to take bit of time for Moose to get out of his fearness. I wasnt planning on spending more $$$ but I have to only because I want Moose to be a happy dog.
I can think of 2 things. Either the mom or dad dog has anxiety genetics which can inherit the genes or Moose spent a lot of time in the cage at the breeder. I saw a video of Moose and saw the Amish people in it. Many Amish do sell dogs strictly for $$$ not passion.
I truly think Puppyspot need to dig in deeper to make sure the breeder facility is clean, safe and not caged. Also, check on mom and dad dog.

Service and staff were very helpful and the breeder was great via zoom. Plus we meet again at pick-up location. Everything went smoothly. We love our new pup!!!
We had received items for a large puppy but a senior manager contacted us and straighten out the problem immediately. We are very pleased with this company and so pleased with our new family addition.

Initially after the contract was signed and the fee was paid, I received no contact from anyone as to the next step. I had to call to initiate the communication. I spoke to "Lisa" from PuppySpot and she got the ball rolling. Everything after that was perfect, smooth, and I received daily updates. I would definitely recommend PuppySpot!
