It is easy to find reliable sitters, had good experience so far.

Normador has lots of very interesting choices of sits in France and other European countries ,and even some in Us Asia and Africa . The
message system, once you get used to it, was easy to use, but it isn't always easy to get back to messages and sometimes the sits seems to disappear . Ths people on here are very friendly and polite but sometimes they take a while to get back and about half did not reply when we applied for many French sits his summer . However , when they they were very nice.
My biggest complaint is that tht sits are often very last minute and by the time normador send them on email- with ia much appreciated alert system - they are often only a few days away ,even one or two days . Now while that's not so difficult for peoplwle living in the same country ( ie France, usually ) it is not so convenient for those from outside Europe - even UK - whose plans to get to a sit in Europe well be more complicated so we need more time . The French sits are particularly last minute . I wondered why that was .
I had a review from a French sit recently that was pretty complimentary , but she said we were " late " ( we arrived at 6;15 pm ) I think she was used to people only having to come from France . I think also , tht language and culture barrier can be difficult but that is also my fault for not knowing French better .
Also I would encourage Normador to ask house hosts to put more photos of their pets and their homes , particularly for a long sit. Often there is only one photo and no photos of where you will be sleeping etc .
It is a very large, well organized and interesting site with lots of sits on tht whole . , and we hope you continue using it . Comparedrosome sits I am on, it is s oittlt expensive , but it is much ch sorry then trustee hoursitter sf covers many different countries and is wonderful.fot those who love French culture. thank you

Easy to use and keep in contact with the home owner

signed up on Nomador to find someone for my cats while i was away and got a sitter within a couple days

l was very careful about selecting a catsitter as my cat means everything to me and she is 17 already and needs some special attention. I had a great experience with Michel via Nomador and had a few other interested people whom I hope to meet some other time in the future.

Nomador's website was easy to use and I got very quick answers to my emails. The website offered many useful articles to help us getting started. The dog seaters gave been fantastic and we are extremely happy with everything.

My first experience with Nomador went in the best way. We got in touch with an amazing dog sitter!) Thanks to Nomador possibilities I could go to visit my parents in another country for 2 weeks without being preoccupied for my dog. Everything went smoothly and easy. The support team of Nomador was very helpful and present. The internet site is well organised and clear. I will definitely use the service again when needed. Highly recommended!

Unwanted emails after unsubscribing and very poor customer support

I joined Nomador and later unsubscribed from their emails. I also contacted them by email asking them to stop, yet unwanted messages keep arriving, including survey invitations and reminders. Despite my requests, I have been unable to get these emails to stop.

Customer support has also been very poor in my experience. Waiting two weeks for a response when you have a problem is unacceptable.

I should not have to keep chasing a company to stop unwanted emails. I will be pursuing legal avenues over this continued contact despite my requests to stop.

A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend Nomador.

Nomador is such an exceptional concept and we are so happy to have joined!

Nomador helped me find the perfect sitter for my cat. The site is easy to use, and I quickly connected to my perfect catsitter

We are members of three pet sitting sites and Nomador has so many listings and members

I used it twice to find sitters while I was away and my experience has been good so far.
Last time I only had about 10 days to find a sitter and I was worried it was too short notice, but there's a large community with different traveling styles and I was able to schedule a stay no problem.

We had amazing sitters who completely exceeded our expectations.

Up to now we had two experiences with housesits, looking for cats. Both the couples and their houses were very nice. It's not always easy to quickly find a match, but we succeeded in the end.

This was a great stay! Mark and Catriona were very welcoming, and of course it was a delight to meet the animals. We will miss Zog, Midge, Bella and Theta very much, and look forward to coming back sometime :)

This is my second year using Nomador. I very much enjoy how it helps me find pet sitting opportunities. There are many to apply for. The pet owners I have had the pleasure to pet sit for have been the perfect fit.
