Excellent service!
I ordered two boxes of contact lenses, they arrived in 4 days as they stated. One of the boxes was a bit damaged but the contents is OK. Maybe a stronger out-layer box? Anyway, I am happy with the product and price.

The delivery was on the time frame provided with suficient information by email of the order during those days.
Only improvementt I would like to see is to have you website accessible in english and still be able to order in NLD/Euros prices.

Not satisfactory.
I ordered a pair of FreshLook ColorBlends lenses for the first time and I was very unhappy with them. According to your website, they should last a month but they started bothering my eyes already after a week. I could not stand them anymore so I just throw them away. I have been using different brands of lenses for 5 years everyday, and I never had a complaint. This time it was just waste of money and I wont try this product again.
I have ordered lenes a few times before from lenson.nl, every time the delivery, money transfer, billing, and everything else went ok. Actually the delivery is fast (3 days or so), considered that my lenses are usually sent from sweden.

Hey Naghmeh! Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your purchase. We are very sorry to hear that you have received lenses that you felt were uncomfortable. We recommend that you visit your optician and ask to trial coloured lenses rather than trialing them yourself. This will enable you to find a coloured lens that fits, is a suitable material and provides you your desired colour result. Lenses are a medical product and you must order lenses that you have been prescribed. If you hold a prescription for FreshLook ColorBlends then they should not be uncomfortable in your eye.
FreshLook ColorBlends have a DIA of 14.5, whilst your previous order had a DIA of 13.8, this can result in uncomfortable rubbing on the eye. They are also made from a different material which the eye can react to. We feel these are the reasons why the lenses are uncomfortable because they are not suitable for you.
You should always follow your prescription when ordering online to avoid irritation and damage to your eyes. It is good to hear that you are pleased with our delivery, and we hope to see you back the next time you need new contact lenses.
