Discount codes NEVER work. I don't know what is the point of having them, when clients can never use them. I also bought groupon gift voucher but you couldnt use it to anything cause there was this big sale for contact lenses. Big scam for me and I just lost my 30 euros. And I am very angry at now haha, because it took me few hours with this s*** :D

Discount codes are case-sensitive and you need to click 'OK' on an informational pop-up to be able to activate the code. You are always welcome to get in touch with us if you have trouble activating your code as we are able to help you get the discount easily. Groupon vouchers are not able to be combined with any other discounts and campaigns, this is also stated in the print of the voucher as well as on the purchase page on Groupon's website. If you do not want to redeem your voucher you can contact Groupon for a refund. Below are difficult points I faced:
1. No easy way to create new login account
2. Discount codes not always working.
3. Discounts mentioned is for 6 packages and usually lower discounts for single packages.

Wouldn't shop anywhere else
I've been buying my contacts from LensOn for about 3.5 years now and I am really happy with their service each time - the packages are always sent out pretty much immediately, so it takes just a couple of days to arrive. Have never had any delays or damaged items arriving, so overall it's a great experience every time!
