Priced nearly $100 more than other…
Priced nearly $100 more than other supplier(s). Listing statednit's was "steel" which is what I thought I was paying extra for. Alas pizza peel comes and is aluminum, not even hard anodized aluminum. Misleading description and price should be adjusted to match other suppliers. Not sure I'll order from company again unless they offer me a partial refund. Peel is good, but at nearly 300 it should be hard anodized. Wouldn't have ordered if listing stated it was aluminum.

FedEx lost my package
FedEx lost my package. I never received my products. I'm still waiting for FedEx to investigate. A huge disappointment.

We looked into this with FedEx, and their records show the package was delivered on 8/19 at 12:55 PM, left in the mail room at the shipping address on file. Great Product and Service
I originally received a Kunz spoon for a gift at Christmas. I had not thought about a serving spoon much... or really ever. Wow I really liked it so I ordered 3 more, shipping was reasonable and I had my order in 2 - 3 days. Other large mail retailers carry the Kunz spoon at much higher prices w/ longer wait time. I do think some on other websites are not authentic. I emailed JB Prince with a question and received a reply within 1-2 hours. Very impressive!
