this is the worse shipping company. DO NOT USE PACKSTATIONS because they DO NOT WORK. I call, send emails and nothing gets solved. Be Aware.

I honestly don´t understand how a service can only get worse with the years. I feel bad for the employees as im assuming the system they're working is terrible. People used to be able to get their packages, or at least some way to getting them afterwards. It has become a treasure hunt to get your own packages. Get your sh*t together, horrible.

Every single time I see i have a DHL packet im already anticipating either not receiving it or having to pick up my package from a post office. I cant count on my hand how many times they say they cannot find my house but every other to include Hermes has found my house. I wish there was more I could do to express how much DHL absolutely sucks here in germany.

What the actual F are these guys doing?! Not their jobs, that's for sure. I ordered a package to Norway. Get a notification that the "parcel can be picked up". With absolutely no pick-up code or location anywhere. No email, nothing. Then a "click here for more information" that just sends you to a FAQ with no help at all. Never encountered a more useless effing company. Would be best for everyone if they went out of business, I think.

It got delivered but the tracking status does not go beyond "Order data transmitted electronically.". Even after delivery. Hilarious! Previously, and before receiving and because the status remained the same, I had contacted the vendor demanding an update and he told me that's dhl.de way. XD . It wasn't the vendor's fault, which makes it even more frustrating. you're loosing time and patience and knocking the wrong doors. What is this nonsense ?

I don't get it. Why have a status page when you don't update it ? Beats me ... It's their job to keep us updated ! Job not done = bad review.

The delivery person didn't deliver, didn't ring the doorbell, and said I wasn't home. I was home every time.

what is this garbage?? for 4 hours it was doing 7 stations (and website still said 2 stations left) and out of nowhere without anyone rining bell it said "The shipment could not be delivered and will be sent to the" this is terrible

Chatbot customer service is incapable at resolving any sort of issue.

Always same lie: you were not at home! They say no one's home without any delivery attempt and they deliver to a post office of their choosing, not the closest one. There is no paper in my post box or apartment that shows the delivery guy was here and couldn't find me. Terrible service!

The performance of this company just gets worse and worse and there is no customer service whatsoever.

They don't give a damn about what we say, and for my last four deliveries, three of them were way past due dates. And they don't even care cause the competitors are also bunch horseshits, so they can change any amount of money in the name of responsible delivery. I think there should be some investigation done by the consumer forum or whatever, if there is any.

DHL tried to deliver my parcel but got the wrong address. I can forgive a mistake, but what is infuriating is not being able to call them to tell them where to properly deliver it. No doubt they will try again tomorrow and get the wrong address again. Why don't they have real people to answer the phones?

Hofheim delivers when they feel like it,always days late and damaged when it comes to packages.

They are not a delivery company. They never actually come to your door. They always drop them off in a different location - no matter if you specified a method, location, or requirement for the delivery. They are the most incompetent company in the world as far as I am concerned.

They took my international package and sent it back to my home address without explanation. I spent several hours writing and calling them. Then I was told I didn't follow customs law (which was a lie). In the end all I got was virtually: "We're not going to tell you what exactly you did wrong, we will ignore you from now on.".

Worst company ever!!!

Worst shipping company ever, i will no longer buy from companies that send via DHL and will explicitly ask if they do work with them. Currently cancelling a galaxus order because of this. It has single handedly, ruined more moments of my existence, than any other company.

Thay returned my shipment even when it was sent to DHL pick up point

I came to the pick up points because they said that the shipment was there to pick up. I was there the same day as they said the delivery came.

When you receive something from dhl nowadays, it's 50-50% chance you actually get it. The other 50% fililale, to the neighbors without a notification, or completely lost!

Terribly incompetent company that takes your money for the transport, but subsequently cannot track the package. Their people at the drop-off point 545 in Harrislee are unable to perform their very simple task and attach the transport number so that the package can subsequently be tracked. Make sure to find another company, there is a reason why their rating is so poor.

Die Mitarbeiter am Abgabeort 545 in Harrislee sind nicht in der Lage, ihre einfachste Aufgabe zu erfüllen und die Sendungsnummer anzubringen, sodass das Paket nicht nachverfolgt werden kann.
