Scam/Phishing emails right after purchase. Data breach!
The booking process and deals are okay, but their data privacy is terrible. Right after making a purchase on Vio, my inbox got flooded with fake phishing and scam emails (some weird, outdated healthcare attachments from 2024). It's 100% connected to my recent activity on Vio. Your email is not really safe with this platform. Beware of scams after booking here.

Hotel refund to vio but won't refund me for early check out
Booked a 12 night stay as an oil field worker job ended 3 nights early 10 hrs from home checked out early hotel authorized a refund for the 3 night to them get an email from vio help center saying your stay was nonrefundable sorry for your luck but they got their refund from the hotel
