Our Jump 600X is working perfectly. It's charging two ebike batteries as I write this. Seems a great piece of kit. Parcleforce took a while to deliver it though!

Very poor customer service. I have issue with my power station. Once I try to resolve the problem there is totally no response from the customer service. Absolutely rubbish

I purchased a vtoman jump 2200 in March 2026 so far it has been fine but the problem I have is the 230v wall charger ,it has stopped working ,does not charge the unit but the 12v dc cigarette lighter charger does .I have contacted vtoman through their customer support website , they responded asking for a video of the faulty mains charger , I did this but have not heard a thing yet .I contacted them several times recently but still no response .I think their customer service is diabolical ,I am looking to purchase solar panels in the future but I will not be buying from vtoman , avoid using this company ,you can not even get to speak to someone on the phone

Only used it once as it’s for camping, hence the score , you would only get a higher score if something went wrong with it and you fixed it

Fast delivery, the solar panel was well built and efficient just what I wanted

Excellent product, feeds all my garage lighting and appliances I need. I may upgrade to solar panels next.

I don't think this company will EVER improve. I have bought nearly £1,000 worth of products directly from them which they are denying. As far as I know you can buy via anyone else. It's still they product anyway. They took a made up screenshot of my email address, the years I've been a customer with 0 payments made. This is ridiculous. My 600x battery has completely died with no fault to my own I keep it in mind condition with a cover and a vtoman cooler battery bag. I've occasionally used it but kept it charged at the right level. Vtoman asked me for videos I sent them the only way I could do that is via YouTube as my email could not handle the data. I sent photos on request including the serial numbers and models etc. My vtoman 600x just suddenly packed up it would not charge by solar or mains. The solar made the battery dangerously heat up but not show any charging and the mains green light would just flash with a clicking sounds again didn't charge up. This makes the solar panel worthless, the extra 600 battery worthless. I had faith in this brand at 1st but their response to the dangers and faults of their products is shocking. I'm taking this to another level now stranding standards, BBC watchdog (as there are many in the same situation) and making sure every platform is aware of their dangerous product with no back up when needed. I'm also getting a legal team involved I have their companies address and name now. It's gone on long enough. I would urge anyone else with an issue to do the same with this brand . They are getting away with being based in Hong Kong , no other outlets or connections in the World and not honouring consumer rights or taking responsibility for dangerous faults in their products. I know the company will give another poor excuse on here but don't believe it . They don't care at all about their customers.

I have had multiple failures with multiple purchases, one of which on ebay the vtoman official store They are withholding my property by keeping my battery bank and failing to provide either a proper replacement or a refund. Their recent silence is unacceptable, and their actions are tantamount to fraudulent activity. Their customer service is appalling, and they should be ashamed of themselves. This matter will now be escalated to formal consumer protection authorities. Stay very away from this company

Quick delivery, good quality power station. Does the job perfectly charging our motorbikes and ebikes in a garage with no power.

I bought the flashspeed600 less than a year ago. At first i thought it was great, very happy with the product. But a couple of months ago, the device stopped charging. Now it has charged to 92%, but wont charge any further. It also wont power any devices. Flashes up what appears to be an error
Have tried multiple emails to their support addresses and their WhatsApp (as advised by the AI bot on their website) but every thing i send goes ignored/unanswered.
Terrible customer service to not even have a response to emails!

Having spent many thousands of pounds on VTOMAN equipment I have been very happy with the quality but recently my JUMP 2200 has developed a fault whereby the AC circuitry has gone faulty internally and I cannot use the AC sockets. I emailed VTOMAN with a description of the fault and they replied asking for a video and details of my purchase. They repiled the same day saying that it was probably the fault I described. I have then sent many emails asking what I need to do regarding getting it repaired under warranty and the response has been.....nothing but the sound of crickets. So buyers beware, the kit is good but if you have a problem they are unlikely to honour their warranty

I received an email from VTOMAN with a returns label to send my faulty unit back to them. I had to find a local printer who would print the returns label from my phone and ask a friend for a box to return the faulty unit, but I have returned the unit to VTOMAN on 28/7/2026 so will see what happens next.

Handle on my vtoman is broken and its been handled poorly..
Was told it could be returned but it'll be a lengthy process and gave me an option of £30 compensation...its too heavy to manually shift around..so really unhappy

The service they keeps me updated and answers some questions I had. Be running it for about month now. I run my TV and all the access and when not on the TV. On my PC. Can run them for about 3 1/2 days. Charge it with solar panels so Free power. Very happy with it 🌟

Extremely poor quality—the control unit with the backup battery doesn't work. No updates, no reset, no functional support—impossible to reach by phone. After what felt like 1,000 emails, I received replacement units—also defective—and now it's radio silence again. Never again!

Purchased a 1500x and after only being used a handful of times, it just wouldn't charge. After sending multiple emails with no reply, I finally got a reply, and a returns label. Even up to this stage was stressful enough, but what has followed is just ridiculous. Constantly chasing asking where my replacement unit is,unanswered emails for weeks, to eventually get a tracking number to find my parcel had been "delivered " upon checking the delivery photo it looks to be on a warehouse floor surrounded by other parcels,in Manchester (about 150 miles away from where I live) apparently i was going to be sent a replacement as this one is lost, This now has been going on for months and the email replies have completely stopped as I still haven't received my replacement unit. Avoid this company, the aftercare/customer service is absolutely shocking

Ive used the jump 600 for years, GR8 for using out and about. The 3600 with extra battery and solar, brings the workshop into 21st century.

Fast delivery, excellent product, reasonable price and discounts normally avilable to help. Power Station is well built and is an upgrade to a previous purchase which has lasted over 3 years and is still going.

VTOMAN Jump 1500 BMS locked up, will not charge battery. Customer service promised a replacement on April 22nd, and has now ghosted me. Amazon have also tried but been unsuccessful in obtaining a replacement.
