I bought 1 9v, 4 AAA, and 4 AA lithium ion EBL batteries from ebl and a single charger. This cost me around $60. The charger was for nimh batteries. So that kind of screwed me, I own zero nimh rechargeable batteries. So I was going to send them back unused, but EBL was going to keep and pocket so much of my money and offering me only $15 back for the $60 I spent and everything was unused, I had only opened them. So I was like no thanks. I never got to use the batteries at this point. I ended up buying 2 lithium chargers with 16 lithium batteries a few weeks later on Amazon for WAY cheaper. I spent only $50 on all 16 batteries and 2 chargers from Amazon. Now only 1 of the EBL batteries out of the 9 I bought will charge. The other 8 just sit dead. I may as well just throw them away. I recommend doing what I did and go to Amazon and get 2 box chargers and 16 batteries for $10 cheaper instead of buying from EBL and I LOVE the batteries I got from amazon. They were charged one single time 3 or 4 months ago and have been working great ever since in my cameras and my remotes. I will never get scammed by EBL again and if you do buy from them, read the fine print because somewhere it has to say that they do not have to refund all of your money if you return unused, but opened batteries. You know how easy it is for them to repackage these batteries and then resell them for full price. That's exactly what they are doing, they make $45 off of you for not liking their products and sending them back and then repackage them like brand new and then sell them again for the $60 and then make a crap ton of money off of returns and re-selling them. It's a scam. I've ready MANY reviews calling EBL a scam company and I know they are true because I lived it. I am also on a budget and spending $60 on 1 single charger and only 9 batteries was something I had to save up for to be able to buy them.

Wrong battery sent, not even an official Dyson battery. Does not work. Refund requested but not received

I bought the portable power to power telescope and equipment I then found that the 12volt output was actually 14volt and my equipment shuts down as a result of the extra voltage

Although I completely charged the power station for many hours, the power station kept powering off, and my Starlink Internet, which was plugged into the power station, kept going out.

As a therapist who meets with clients online 95% of the time, this was not a good experience at all.

Quick and easy process from start to finish.

I have been using EBL rechargeable AAA batteries for more than 4 years. It's quality vs price is what I am expecting. The only drawback is shelf life being short due to the internal inverter. Lately I saw the 1.5V version III Lithium Ion AA and gave it a try. Have yet to find out the ultimate shelf life.
