My original order shipped quickly
My original order shipped quickly, but the warehouse accidentally sent the wrong model. I emailed photos of the box and the unit, and they replied the same day, admitted the mistake, and sent a prepaid label so I could return it. The correct model went out once the return scanned in. A little annoying to wait the extra few days, but they owned the error and kept me updated, which I appreciated.

Received the generator very quickly
Received the generator very quickly. I charged it overnight to a full charge and used my CPAP on it for 2 full nights sleep. This morning I looked at it and the charge was still at 66%! Rey pleased with this generator.

Everything went smoothly and as planned, shipping and ordering was good Fairly fast I think I had it in 3 or 4 days....This Power generator is so much smaller and Lighter than its competition its size and weight is on par with the smaller 1050 wh Solor generators But with the power of the Big Boys at 2084 WH. Ruin my Saturday Last me one hour on a full 100 charged
Last me one hour on a full 100 charged, and i was using only one outlet on the smoke free grill.
At leat i cooked my piece of chicken .
And up at 6% and that was not enough power to heat my water for my coffee.
I might have to returne it.

Please note that the runtime of the power station depends on the wattage of the appliance being used. If the device you connect has a high power draw, the runtime will be much shorter. The S1200 has a total battery capacity of 1190Wh, so high-wattage appliances such as electric grills and water-heating devices can drain the battery quickly.
That’s why it may have powered your smokeless grill for about an hour, but did not have enough remaining power afterward to heat water for coffee.
If you’d like, please send us the wattage of your grill and coffee maker, and we can help you estimate the expected runtime more accurately and check whether the S1200 is the right fit for your needs.

Affordable Pricing
In comparison to other portable battery solar systems, I found the price affordable, and it makes me comfortable that I have a device to charge my cell phone when the power goes out. I have not used the solar panel yet.

The outer carton had the usual “hazardous battery“ labels and a small scuff on one side, but inside the power station was snug in foam and looked brand new. All the cables were in separate little bags, so nothing was rattling around loose.

Ordered the AS1200 as a backup for power outages at home. Shipping took about a week, which was fine, and the box came with plenty of foam around the unit. First thing I did was plug in our Wi-Fi router, a lamp, and my kid's laptop - everything worked without any weird buzzing or noise. It's heavier than I pictured from the photos, but that's probably normal for the battery size.
