My experience was great. They were very helpful on my cover. They sent me all the information I needed to put the cover on. Without that info I was lost.

At first i called. I had to make sure it was a real company and the person i spoke to was very understanding and answered all my dumb questions. 😆Ordering was easy. And fast. They even offered a military discount. Thank you for that! I really loved that it was a made to order item to fit my truck perfectly. I also love that it's a USA product made in a state not far from me. So that makes it Local-ish. Good enough for me! 😁
Unfortunately it was a little later than expected but they kept me informed. When I received the cover/topper the instructions seemed a little wrong or outdated for my exact topper. But we figured it out and it wasn't very difficult. I live in Oregon where it rains alot. So far the topper has been on my truck through some very heavy rains and flooding for the last few months and amazingly it has only gotten a couple drops of water on the inside. I do many bazaars because I make lots of things. And I was able to leave my truck full of my items and they stayed dry. Thank you for an amazing product. I'm forever grateful!

I liked the somewhat easy install, however I did not like the way it sealed on the sides of the tailgate. I had to use my own supplies to seal the cover.

Quick shipping, great packaging, great price and the best install video Ive seen in a while. Took as long removing and disposing of packaging as it did to install. Very easy installation in about 30 minutes.

After ordering the topper, I received a text message saying the shipment would be delayed due to a backlog....that would have been good info to have BEFORE I ordered. The message said 12-20 days instead of the approx week initially stated on the website. Ok...sucks, but it is what it is. Nearly a MONTH later, I finally received the Topper. To that point, I had gone on 2 trips without the added truck storage space that I had hoped to have when initially ordering.
Getting set up to install the day before my final outing of the season, I open the box only to discover that the included instruction gave measurements for Ford, Chevy and Dodge...great, but I ordered a Topper for a Toyota. I tried to call during business hours, but got voicemail. After hanging up, I received a text from Rey apologizing for missing the call and to text with questions and your company would get right back to me. Awesome!...so I did. 5 days later, (this afternoon), I get a text from Loi apologizing for the delay in responding. HAHAHA! Great! Did my specific question get answered even then? Nope, of course not.
Additionally, I ordered the rear blackout screen for the Topper. At the time of ordering, there was no detailed description on the website about exactly what how this works or how to install, so I figured it would just be a velcro'ed screen to attach to the inside rear window. Easy. Nope! No instructions included at all for that either....but staring at it and examining the rear of the Topper, it became evident that the blackout screen is an either or option....screws and a fairly permanent replacement for the clear vinyl window. Dumb design and useless for me as I only want to black out the back occasionally. Again, something that would have been good to know before ordering. And why there would be absolutely no instructions for installing that...only you can answer.
After cussing and swearing and taking three times as long to install the Topper and tonneau as I had anticipated, I got it on. I do like both items, but as far as customer service and me recommending Truck Bed Supplies to any on the people who ask me about my new cover...not a chance! As a small business owner for over 30 years, now retired, my advice is to take care of your customer before AND after you are honored with their business. Credibility is like virginity....you only lose it once!

You made everything possible that you could call for instructions cause it was not in there. They sent it to me right away fantastic.

Transaction went perfect. Lower price than most, delivered on time, would buy from them again without hesitation.

Product seems excellent. Instructions could have been better. Tried following on my phone and finally had to print instructions to be able to figure things out.

Talk with a representative prior to ordering my truck bed cover. They were very friendly and helpful. I received my order very quickly. The instructions made the install very easy and quick. Received a text about 6 weeks later asking how the cover was working.
