Great opportunity to explore one of London's landmarks. Great views from upper walkway though slightly disappointed to find it encased in glass. See through floor great fun. Engine room well present... See more

Avoid this company – poor website, technical errors and zero customer support
I strongly advise against using Tickete. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and has resulted in a significant financial loss due to a technical error on their own website.
During my booking process, the Tickete website experienced a technical fault that forced me to repeat the payment three times. When I finally received my tickets, they were for the wrong date (October 16th instead of the October 9th I had selected). I flagged this discrepancy to their support team within 21 minutes of receiving the confirmation email.
Despite the fact that this was noted as a system-generated error on their platform, Tickete refused to offer any assistance. They hide behind a rigid "non-refundable/non-amendable" policy, refusing to take any responsibility for the technical issue of their site.
I made several attempts to resolve this amicably. I offered to pay an additional administrative fee to change the date, and I even suggested accepting store credit so I could rebook correctly. Every request was met with the same generic, unhelpful response, refusing to escalate the issue appropriately or even identify the "partner" they claim is blocking the change.
It is unacceptable to penalise a customer for a fault in software. They have shown zero flexibility and seem to prioritise rigid, unfair policies over acknowledging potential for website errors.
Save yourself the stress and potential financial loss, book directly with the venue or use a more reputable provider.

As a 72 year old man I was pleasantly scared of going upside down at some height and speed!
Very good value for money

Lion King at Lyceum was Magnificent
It was really easy to book and very clear what seats we were booking. The show was amazing. The music, dancing, puppetry and theatre all combined for an unforgettable experience. 10 stars!!

Magnificent Abbey with a compelling history. Easy check-in, great and responsive support when buying tickets. I made a mistake, and everything was resolved via email. I was amazed that the support was so responsive even late in the evening. The audio guide was easy to follow.

Not have fun and family sad about the event not was expecting to have when we asked the park.
It’s not recommended who have family members to pay for only to see the water and most the things are need to pay.
Pets photographers not politely when we need to take pictures. They need to respect the customer.

I loved my visit but could have managed it better.
I loved my visit but could have managed it better. I imagined we could ‘do’ the visit in a morning, after Tower Bridge and before a boat trip and Greenwich.
When I come again, I will plan to spend the day at the Tower and will go to see the Crown Jewels first! We couldn’t bear to stand in the very long queue when we were already tired and hot and had another event planned. My problem, not yours.
I would also make sure I had an audio guide, we didn’t and my eyesight isn’t brilliant. Again, note to self not to you.
Everything was clean, very well cared for and I felt proud of my heritage.
Easy to book online, not claustrophobic
Easy to book online. Short line upon arrival. Helpful staff. I was willing to try and speak the little French that I know, but staff was able to speak in English and was very polite and helpful. Audio tour included, English as an option. Saw many people get turning away because they were sold out for the day. Buying timed tickets ahead is easy enough and the obvious choice. Would recommend taking pictures of the plaques inside and then using Google Translate when you’re finished with your tour and you regain service outside, as they are important in capturing full experience/understanding - some are very poetic and moving. Only recommendation for the audio portion would be to include translations as you approach plaques so you can understand in the moment. It is NOT nearly as claustrophobic as people warn. It’s comfortably cool in the tunnels and you can do it with or without a lightweight sweater and be fine. I did not have one and was not cold. They do not allow more than 10-15 people at a time and you go at your own pace so you’re spread out enough that it’s very comfortable. Ceilings are low. I am 5’5 and it was easy for me. Anyone over 6’ might be hunched a lot of the time. Stairs were a non issue if you are even remotely in shape. They are not nearly as intense as they sound when reading 100+ steps each way. If you’ve climbed steps any where else in France, this is easy. The gift shop seemed a little insensitive as they carried items for sale that were completely unrelated to the historical significance if the site (I.e. Jack the Skellington gear, other macabre/cheesy items with skulls). There are informative books which is a nice souvenir to continue learning. Location is not near any great restaurants, in my opinion. Doable walk from Saint Germain des Pres if you allow the time and wear good shoes.
It was a very interesting guided tour.
It was a very interesting guided tour.
The only thing: it was sometimes difficult to ear 100% of things the guide was saying. Maybe smaller groupes would help. We were 17.
Unfortunately…..
Unfortunately, the river cruise we were going to take was cancelled due to the Rhine water level. So we never made it to Amsterdam and i couldn’t cancel our tickets.
Was so looking forward to our visit…..

The aquarium is very well laid out
The aquarium is very well laid out. Something to see at every turn. All the family from 5 years to 77 years enjoyed it.
Lots of interesting facts to read without being boring.
Disappointed by tickete
I thought i was booking in the official van Gogh museum site but was directed to tickete.. where i has less time slot options and tickets were 5 Euros each more. I tried to email tickete on the address in their website to see if we could change our time slot due to travel delays and never received a response
We managed to get to the museum just in time in the end and loved the experience once there

Worst experience ever
I bought a ticket to the Rijksmuseum, thinking it was the official website. Later, when I realised my mistake and asked them to send me the ticket issued by the museum itself to confirm my purchase, they told me to wait for a response from their partner, Kloo, because they work with local operators. I have been waiting for days, and nothing. I emailed to request a refund, but it bounced so many times, and now they don't even respond in their online chat. Definitely scammers.
Such a wonderful place
Such a wonderful place! The perfect mood booster — it made me smile all day. Highly recommend!
This was excellent
This was excellent. We’ve lived near London for 35 years + and never gone inside St Paul’s. It certainly didn’t disappoint! It was amazing from start to end-we took around 3 hours to see pretty much everything. The only reason it’s got 4 stars, not 5 is because the lift up to the galleries was out of order. We decided to walk the 528 steps to the very top but it took some doing and was hard work.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly and the cakes in the cafe were delish!!
