This is a beautiful zoo; everything is close together, and the entire site has been carefully considered. The animals look happy and are clearly well cared for.

Great Musuem/Gallery. The layout and facilities are very well done. Of course the art is amazing.

One of the most beautiful exposition I ever seen. We spent all the day over there and I'm sure there is something we could observe better.
The only detail we didn't like: it was too crowded
But it is something we knew in advance.

It was a simple way to purchase tickets for AGO Monet-Matisse exhibit - much easier in fact than doing so on the official AGO website. You can make a purchase with Apple Pay and do not need a physical credit card, which should be a standard these days. Thank you!

I enjoyed getting close up to the paintings. The audio guide was informative, I wasn't aware Van Gogh was influenced by Japanese art but it's quite obvious once you know.

The museum is very well organised, the rooms are large and the paintings are enhanced. The audio guide is clear and easy to use. It was a very enjoyable and exciting experience

Even though we had issues at the beginning with our tickets, the staff made everything perfect. They even shared a secret to order online instead of through them because it's cheaper. Anytime we interact with staff. It was great. We went on a Sunday. It wasn't super busy and we had lots of fun

Everything was a special experience but the last part when I saw under the glass floor the image of the shipwreck moving, and the violin music , i swallowed my tears. That was an experience i will always remember. An unique experience that I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone involved that makes it possible!

I had a great experience! The museum is well located, easy to find. Lovely staff.

Found the boarding point ouside the terminal bag check area, the ticket QR code on the ticket email worked for a quick admission, only waited 10 minutes for next bus, loaded my back pack in the bus rack and found a seat and we were at the city terminal in remarkably quick time, as indicated of the bus monitor.

Learning about the process and the layout and design of each room

Terrible! I bought a museum ticket from them, and after requesting a refund at the beginning of August, I'm still waiting for my money to arrive. In a month, they've only responded to a few emails saying they don't know how this is possible! Unspeakable! This is a scam!

We had a great time at the Tower Bridge experience, a self tour but with loads and loads information everywhere, really enjoyable and highly recommended
