Great customer service!
Due to a stock issue, the shoes I originally ordered in my size were unavailable and would have taken longer to arrive. After I asked about an alternative, they were very helpful and even gave me a discount on a more expensive pair. Everything arrived neatly packaged, and they also included a free pair of socks as a nice gesture. Great customer service and an excellent overall experience.

I think that's my fourth order at The Attic and can say that I never been treated so good by any other webshop I bought stuff from, top sneakers, super good prices and service in general is just something different. I would give it 100 stars if that was possible. Just PERFECT.

Amazing unique product range - impeccable service
Loved the service, I ordered a product which wasn’t in stock - and wasn’t sure when it would be delivered
Received a reply within hours regarding what steps to expect and when
Product (shoes) arrived in perfect condition with complimentary socks and shoe protection spray
They did discover that my ordered size of 44.5 were not deliverable and personally called me to discuss and offer a solution (45) - fitted perfectly- impeccable service- would highly recommended

Make sure you know your size!
All the process went well and without any delays, including a return (size was too big). You pay for delivery and return costs so keep in mind that if you have to return the pair, you'll have a 20€ charge in total.
But perfect if you order a model that you already wear! Then you know the right size :)
