We want to add some context here, because the situation is unfortunately being presented differently from what we have discussed with you by email.

Your order consists of two Essentials items and a pair of sneakers. Before these items were shipped, we specifically explained to you that the clothing and sneakers would be sent separately. This is completely normal within our fulfilment process because stocked and sourced items can come from different locations and therefore do not always leave our warehouse at the same time.

On August 12 we confirmed your new selection, created the order for all three items and clearly stated: “The shoes and the 2 sets will be sent separately.” You replied to this conversation and told us that once everything arrived safely, you would update the review.

So receiving the clothing before the sneakers does not mean that the sneakers are missing or that we have forgotten about them. They are simply being handled in a separate shipment, exactly as explained beforehand.

We also find the comment about not receiving answers a little confusing, as there has been extensive email communication between us. We have personally answered your questions, discussed your replacement options, provided a spending limit, helped you select new items and created the replacement order for you.

Of course, if there is anything you are still unsure about, please reply to our existing email conversation. We are happy to check the current status of the sneakers for you.

We just ask that the information in the review reflects what has actually happened, because we have been actively communicating with you and the separate shipment of the sneakers was explained before dispatch.

Thank you for your review.

We want to clearly respond to this, because claiming that the Essentials hoodie was “fake” is simply not correct.

We also cannot find any order under the name Pixelpanda mm, so based on this review alone we cannot verify which order this is about. Please leave your order number or full name so we can check the exact order and return details.

We only sell original Fear of God Essentials products. Every item is checked before shipping, and we have been selling Essentials, sneakers and streetwear for more than 6 years. After more than 150,000 orders, we would never risk our reputation by selling fake products.

If the hoodie was returned because it was too big, that is of course a normal return reason. You are allowed to return an item if the size is not right. However, saying afterwards that the item was fake without any proof is a serious claim and not something we can accept as accurate.

Regarding the refund: returns are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. In many cases this is faster, but depending on the return processing and payment provider it can take a little longer before the money is visible in your account.

The return costs are also clearly stated in our return policy before placing an order. If an item is returned because the size is not right, the return shipping costs are for the customer.

Please leave your order number so we can check this properly. Until then, we cannot match this review to an actual order.

Thank you for your review.

We understand that waiting for an order without a tracking number can be frustrating, especially when it concerns an expensive pair of sneakers.

However, there is currently no reason to worry. Your order was placed on July 17, which means we are currently around 13 business days into the process. For standard/sourcing orders, the average delivery time is 2-10 business days, but for exclusive or hard-to-find sneakers this can take up to 25 business days. This information is stated on our website before ordering.

Your pair was not directly in stock and had to be sourced. This means we had to find the sneakers through our supplier network, purchase them, wait for them to arrive, check them for authenticity and condition, and then ship them to you.

The good news is that your pair has been successfully sourced and is already on its way to us. According to the current DHL tracking, the shipment is expected to arrive with us today or tomorrow. Once the shoes arrive, they will be checked and shipped to you immediately.

This means you should receive your own track & trace tomorrow or the day after. After that, delivery normally takes around 1 business day, so if everything goes according to the current tracking, you can expect the shoes around Friday.

We unfortunately cannot manually speed up international shipping, customs checks or courier processing. We fully understand that this can feel unclear from the customer side, but your order is still within the maximum delivery timeframe and is actively being followed up.

Hi Cy,

Thanks for your second review, without your response on our information request we are not able to find your order or even have a chance to help you solve this.

Please provide some information so we can contact you and solve this.

Our full process is explained very clearly on our website, we are not a regular store like Zalando. We work with sold out sneakers which are in most cases very hard to get your hands on.

Sometimes this can take time, and yes, if we can't find a pair we offer a solution like a little bigger size or smaller size, sometimes a half size does not matter.

We are happily waiting for you to provide information so we can help.

Besides this, all emails get answered in 24-48 hours, since it's over 35 degrees in the Netherlands we take a few extra breaks and our response time can be a little longer, this does not mean we won't help.

So please, provide some information so we can do something for you.
