Not everything was delivered

I've been looking for the ASICS Gel-1130 in Dark Neptune for a while. They have a great retro look and are comfortable for daily use. The site was easy to navigate and the checkout was straightforward. A reliable source for authentic sneakers that I'd use again.

Naa een week was De Travis Scott Canary binnen. Went shoes were damaged, but luckily all the way!

Very disappointing experience with SneakerAsk.

I placed my order and waited more than 3 weeks with very little communication. During that time, I received no meaningful updates about the status of my order and had to contact customer service myself to find out what was happening.

Only after following up was I informed that their supplier had cancelled the order and that the shoes were no longer available. This information should have been communicated immediately instead of leaving customers waiting for weeks.

After keeping me waiting for more than 3 weeks, I was then asked if I wanted to wait another 1–2 weeks while they tried to source the shoes from another supplier. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in the process.

Customers should not have to chase updates on an order, especially after waiting nearly a month. The lack of communication and the long delay made this a very frustrating experience.

I requested a refund and decided to buy elsewhere. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend SneakerAsk.

Ordered a pair of sneakers for a lot of money. They said it would be shipped in 1 week max. Didn’t receive an update for 2 weeks. I had to reach out to them myself, and only then did they tell me that there was an issue with my order. Had I not contacted them, they apparently wouldn’t have informed me. Very unprofessional service.

Ad insurance to your order basked during checkout, deleted the insurance 2 times but finaly did pay it because popped up in my basket again. Asked SneakerAsk to compensate me, keep me waiting and send 3 emails to solve it and in the final email tell me it is very important to have such insurance (I ordered a T-Shirt !) and did not compensate me. Why do I need an insurance when You sell me a T-shirt ?

I recently purchased the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG SP Travis Scott Sail Tropical Pink from SneakerAsk, and I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience. The shoes arrived quickly, were well-packaged, and are completely authentic. The quality is excellent, and everything matched the description exactly. I’m very satisfied and would definitely order again👌

I send Sneakerask due to reasons that I wanted my package delivered earlier than expected. And they immediately responded back and make sure I got my package 2 days after my request.

The package did not arrive intact, and no refund was received for the undelivered products. Lack of professionalism.

Really good and quality experience

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I purchased shoes. The shipping said it would take 2-10 business days. It took them close to a month to ship the shoes.
End of the story the shoes got lost and I tried to get a refund from them but they were not really responsive and I couldn't get an answer out of them.
They also communicate in Dutch and English which is weird.

Very fast delivery and the sneakers were perfect

This is my second purchase from Sneaker Ask and the delivery is so much faster this time. I literally blinked and the sneaker is here and oh yeah, just like I pictured it, these rock. Love ❤️ em to the moon and back. Will be looking to get another AJ 3 soon - love me some of that new joint, World's Best - those look seriously dope.
