Zero stars. I have been waiting for my order for over a month, carrier clearly lost the package and isn't updating tracking info. Raised with customer service several times, was assured I would receive a full refund asap, still no refund, no delivery. They are now asking me to wait another month before I can claim refund, offering a small discount for the trouble. Took my money, haven't received my order and expect me to keep spending money with them. Absolutely disgraceful, do yourself a favor and stay away, not worth the stress. Go to Shein or anywhere else.
I bought a phone case that I didn't use and I didn't needed anymore . It was returned on time.
Never get the refund because the seller argues that I sent the wrong item.
I tried to solve the situation with Temu chat......no human, just a robot that after a short conversation goes to an endless loop...
Unfortunate that even tough I used Temu a few times, an experience like this makes me not wanting to use it anymore in the future.
ive been having 54.79 bucks on temu for months and for 4 days ive been trying to log into my account to use my credit omfg ill never use temu ever again they stole my money they got it on lock and refuse to let me use my credit warring dont leave any money on temu cause they will rip you off like they have done me and even orse been using temu on and off spent alot of money there and makes me sick that you cant talk to a real person only ai and they just run u in circles to avoid having to let u use your credits on temu been trying all kind of wways to log in to use my 54.79 credit every which way and there customer service there are a joke never wasted some much of my time trying to use my credit temus a watse of time
I purchased 5 items from TEMU, including 2 that were initially missing from my order. When the package was delivered to my door, I noticed that it had been opened. Upon checking inside, I discovered that some items were missing.
I contacted TEMU as instructed and emailed them all the necessary details about the issue. However, they are now refusing to issue a refund or resend the missing items from the package.
It has been quite some time, and I've been following up on my case, but they closed it without my knowledge. This situation is ridiculous, and it is clear to me why TEMU is receiving such poor reviews, often rated close to zero stars.
For this reason, I cannot recommend TEMU to others for their purchases. I believe they are running a scam.

You get sucked in with offers of free items but when you try to claim them it turns out you have to pay hundreds and hundreds of pounds to get your free items, I’ve just had to spend £175 to get £20 worth of ‘free’ items, which I could have bought online elsewhere for less any way.
Do not let this company rip you off like I’ve just been ripped off
I will never give them a penny more after been scammed for my eligibly extra free gifts following a purchase.
They were not even worth the price in which i had to purchase to enable me to receive my gifts, which NEVER ARRIVED.
Im going to seek help from the trading standards and if like me you have been scammed i suggest you do the same.
I would not even give 1 star if i had the choice. 😡😡😡.
This company cannot improve. I am almost completely refunded my purchases from Timu. They have a very old fashioned way of conning the public. 1/ Tell you how valuable to them you are, and give you 4 prises without a payment or purchase. You Choose 4 then they tell you to buy a 5th prise for £1. Anything you want. Then to release that prize buy something else. This goes round in circles until you realise your being ripped off. Finally you give up and leave. Try to complain and your met with a supercilious BOT promising you king Solomon's mines. My breaking point was 2 sets of the cheapest sockets you could imagine and 5 cheap little blow torches. Nothing of what I had chosen nor paid for. The sockets were missing many pieces and the blow torches......well much the same as all the rest of the junk they send out. I tried to complain and was offered a £12 refund. This could only be spent if I used it to purchase more cheap rubbish. Reported everything to my bank who seemed to be well aware of the timu rip off. No argument, within a week my bank started to remove my money from the temu bank and are still removing it. This is done item by item, so takes a couple of weeks to complete. Please please, if you have lost money to this sham of a company, tell your bank and tell them what you thought you purchased and what actually arrived at your door. GOOD LUCK.
I ordered a hand operated hamburger patty maker. It has three components namely the 1. patty base that you fill with ground meat and 2. the press tha you use to compress the meat. You hold the press by 3. a handle that screws into the press to grip it. There was no handle in the box. However, there was a small, dodgy square plastic mirror. Wtf!!? Who packs the stuff? I can't even imagine anyone thinking the it goes with a hamburger patty press.
TEMU appear to have changed their shipping policy, ordered a number of items together and they are delivering each item separately and added £2 delivery fee for each item, this was not clear when I ordered. Very misleading and won’t be buying from this site again!

I bought a pair of curtains when they arrived they were still sewn together at the top I spoke to someone at Temu customer service and was assured that there wouldn't be a problem if I needed to return them. They are now coming apart at the seams so I have requested a return but I am being charged for the return. So in a nutshell Temu lie & mislead their customers do not believe a word they say

Return is too bad. As if a person is free to write description for each & every return item, after that also upload photo or Video for each item.

Misleading Product Photos, Unreasonable Return Process and £40 Refund Deduction
I am extremely disappointed with Temu’s customer service and the way my return request has been handled.
I ordered a set of chairs which arrived in an exceptionally large and heavy box. Upon seeing the actual colour, I immediately realised that the chairs did not match my expectations based on the seller’s photographs. There was a noticeable discrepancy between the advertised colour and what I received. The chairs have never been removed from their delivery box, assembled or used.
I contacted Temu to arrange a return and refund. After waiting over two weeks, I was finally provided with a DHL return label and instructed to transport this enormous, heavy box to a drop-off location myself. I explained repeatedly that this was impractical and requested a courier collection from my home.
Instead of offering a reasonable solution, Temu initially suggested that collection could not be arranged because I had not provided evidence that the chairs were faulty. I had never claimed they were faulty. My concern was that they did not match the advertised appearance and that returning such a bulky item required a practical arrangement.
After further exchanges, Temu informed me that the seller would deduct £40 from my refund for return processing and postage, despite Temu advertising free first returns. I was also told that the chairs must be in perfect resale condition or my refund could be refused.
I find this unacceptable. The chairs remain unused in their original packaging, yet I am being subjected to delays, additional charges and unreasonable return requirements.
What is particularly frustrating is the repeated generic responses from customer service, without anyone properly addressing the actual issue.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing furniture or other bulky items from Temu is to be extremely cautious. The return process may be far more complicated and expensive than you expect.
I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution and a practical arrangement for returning the chairs without an unjustified £40 deduction. It has been 2 weeks. Responses are extremely slow.

Over the course of 2 months purchased several items realizing that I was getting completely ripped off because she got the whistles and bells that are telling you that you were gonna get 10 items for your 99 items free in the reality is you get poop free? It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever met so today. I decided to call out the person because I got my 99 items free if I purchased $10 worth of product which I had already done and two hours on customer service message of the same AI jotted thing asking me the same question are you still there? My kind friend are you still there my sweet Customer it’s like are you still full of shit? Yes, I am so freaking over it. It’s a classic beat and switch environment as you start to load what you think or free items into your car when you get to the checkout you saying that your net bill is now $56 as opposed to free so how does that happen? If everything‘s free it doesn’t progress slippery get to zero as you go through checkout they should be outlawed for their bait and switch tactics.

On October 9th, 2026 I ordered a 5-foot pre-lit skeleton for Halloween.
On October 28th, nearly three weeks later, I received a bag of peanut M&M’s.
Not a skeleton. Not part of a skeleton. Not even a skeleton-themed candy. Just a bag of peanut M&M’s, delivered with total confidence, as if this were a reasonable interpretation of “5-foot pre-lit skeleton.”
I’ve had time to think about this, and I have questions. Did someone in the warehouse look at a five-foot illuminated decoration and a single bag of candy and decide they were basically interchangeable? Is this a substitution policy? Is it a metaphor? Are the peanuts supposed to be the bones?
To be clear, the M&M’s were fine. They’re the only item I’ve received from Temu that performed exactly as advertised. But I didn’t order them, they don’t light up, and they are roughly 4 feet 11 inches short of what I paid for. My yard on Halloween featured an empty spot where a skeleton should have been, and I can’t hang a candy bag from a tree and call it spooky.
The only frightening thing about this purchase was the shipping. Nineteen days to deliver the wrong item, arriving three days before the holiday with no chance of fixing it in time.
So here’s my review: Temu took my Halloween and turned it into a trick, then handed me the treat as a consolation prize.
Would not recommend. Would, however, recommend peanut M&M’s, which I can buy at any gas station without waiting three weeks.

I ordered an item that was never delivered to me. The delivery photo clearly showed a different home, but my refund request was denied because they claimed the photo confirmed delivery. If you order from here, be prepared to take this risk.

They really need to make all rules an spending needed for their very many offers I've just cancelled a order because the rewards are confusing small print not straight forward details they really need to think about customer journey it's really putting me off as this is a constant rewards an offers popping up

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Temu has this week lied to me, said one thing, done another, cost me money and has no interest in putting it right.

Temu are a total scam. They showed me a total of £35 And called it the real cost. What a lie. When it came to paying after I had given them all my information the actual real cost was over £100.
They should be banned from operating in the UK with false advertising.
Prior to going through this process on Temu I asked AI if they operate like this ie advertising BS prices.
The response from AI was: the price you see is the price you get but be aware of all the funky gamified nonsense they will subject you.

Will never use Temu again. We found exactly what we wanted, placed an order and found there was a minimum order of £10. Ordered something else only to find the minimum had gone up to £15 and, worse, the second item didn't qualify towards the minimum payment. We immediately tried to cancel the order for the extra item and failed.

I have just received my order after waiting so many weeks and I can honestly say the order I have received is trash. Xmas cards so small I couldn’t possibly send these to family and friends. Wall art is rubbish just a very thin piece of wood half the size advertised. I also had sandalwood rope incense they are only as big as a matchstick. I am sorry to say I have deleted the app I might as well put my money in the bin.
