I bought a refurbished iPhone from TechTwice both both the charger and charging cable were missing. I contacted TechTwice and they promised to send the missing items. It's now been over two weeks and I have received nothing, even though I have written them two more times about it. Each time I was told it would arrive shortly.
Everything was perfect, the following of the order, the answers by email before ordering and the cable and charger as gifts with the phone (Samsung s23 ultra in perfect condition).
