I recently ordered a couple of safety harnesses from MTN Shop for our construction team. The customer service was exceptional, they quickly answered any questions I had and gave me good recommendations for products that were suitable. The harnesses arrived in Dublin within just two days, much faster than I expected.

one star for fast delivery... otherwise cannot recommend, as returns are nightmares. I did even not receive a full refund for my returned order, although I directly send the goods back (on my own costs). Never again

We have had two recent orders with MTN and both went without a hitch .

Just received my new Petzl harness. I dealt with Stephanie who was great when confirming stock and sizing. First time dealing with them but service was great and shipping was quick. I would recommend!

Wrong product was shipped, nothing like picture or description. After weeks of little to no response from MTN customer service and MTN forcing me to report them to SHOP.com they finally sent me a RGA and tried to make me pay for return shipping forcing me to report them to my credit card company to get them to send me a return shipping label. Now MTN says they won’t honor the original purchase due to them having incorrectly selling the part at a lower price. That they now want to significantly increase the items price in order to honor the purchase. At this point all I can say is buyer beware before buying anything from them.
