1st time buyer
This was my first time buying from MRworker, and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I was looking specifically for these boots and wasn’t sure I could find them here in the USA. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was completely understandable since they ship from Italy to the USA. The boots are great quality and definitely worth the wait. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and I’m already looking forward to buying more from MRworker in the future.

Overall rating: disastrous
This is a combined review of all my 5 purchases from Mister Worker.
Their logistics fail in all 5 cases just like their customer service!
Here are the explanations I have received in 3 of the cases, all after my orders should have been shipped:
A. ”your order will be shipped in 6-7 working days due to a problem with our warehouse”
B. ”your order, which is currently experiencing some issues during the preparation phase…”
C. ”...ready for shipment in the next 5-7 business days, as there’s been a production delay.”
The shipping company you can choose (Fed-Ex) is also failing, and thus the promised delivery time has resulted in up to an additional 11 days delay.
When I finally asked for compensation in the form of express delivery at no additional cost to me, I was offered a 30% refund of the cost for this, which means I had to pay 70% of the cost for a mistake they are responsible for. Their Customer Service Team Leader also did't understand the reason for my refusal of this offer.
I can in no way recommend Mister Worker, as their logistics and customer service are under all criticism, which is why I will obviously not return.

Shipping to USA
I ordered a Bosch drill press that is not sold in the US, hoping it would not be a tariff and shipping hassle. The order shipped out, breezed through
Customs and was delivered within a week; two days ahead of estimated arrival date. Could not be more pleased. Have not used drill press much but it appears to be exactly what I want and unable to find anything close in US.
Updated 07-16-26 Just received and paid a $259 duty, taxes and fee bill from Fedex three weeks after receiving the shipment. This was an unpleasant and unplanned surprise increase for a 350 euro machine. I had the impression the import costs were included in the 95 euro shipping amount paid Mister Worker. Of course our beloved president may have sneezed that day and changed the tariff rates. Regardless, that is a substantial addition to the cost of the drill press and Mister Worker should put some type of warning about being subject to additional hefty import fees. I seriously doubt I would have ordered if I had known the price would change 60%. Changing the rating from 5* to 2*.

Misleading "UK" site — hidden import fees and endless delays. Avoid.
Buyer beware, especially if you're in the UK. This presents itself as a UK website with prices in £, so naturally I assumed the tools were in the UK and would arrive in a few days. Wrong on both counts.
They took my money instantly at the start of May. A week later I got an email claiming a "technical glitch" meant they'd only just seen my order. It was only then I realised the items were shipping from Milan. After a lot of back and forth I was promised delivery within 5 working days — it eventually turned up on 22 June via FedEx.
Then came the sting: a FedEx invoice for £66 in import duties. At no point during checkout was this made clear. Yes, there's a vague line buried in the small print, but presenting a £-priced "UK" storefront and leaving customers to discover import charges after the fact is, in my opinion, deliberately misleading. Add the immediate payment, the "glitch," the delays and the surprise fees, and the whole thing felt borderline deceptive.
Two DeWalt tools that cost me far more in money, time and stress than advertised. I won't be using them again, and I'd strongly advise other UK buyers to think twice.

Everything you can’t get in the US!
I needed to get a Stanley plumber‘s tool bag that for some reason is not available in the US. Dealing with Mister Worker was easy and I got my item in no time at all! I will look to do business with them again for those things which, for some reason, we are not lucky enough to be able to get in the states!

Terrible company
Terrible company. My husband got absolutely done by paying import charges from FedEx. This was not specified on the invoice and came as a total suprise. The item was a beam puller, £120, and my husband had to pay an extra £72 for hidden import charges from Italy!

WARNING FOR UK BUYERS - VAT not included
Took 2 weeks for item to arrive in the UK.
WARNING - I didn’t read the small print. This company is in Italy so any item over £135 is subject to a VAT charge, administered by the courier. So my £145 Dewalt tool incurred another £45 charge making it more expensive than popping to screwfix for it. Looking at my invoice they do mention the possibility of import duty but by then you’ve paid. It is not made clear when browsing the website.
There are plenty of good sites selling power tools within the UK so I’ll be sticking with those in future.
