Took 4 weeks to come said 10 days, the reason I bought from here if it was £20 cheaper then anywhere else turns out I got charged VAT extra £112 so after waiting 4 weeks I paid an extra £80 roughly … also the plug on jet wash is Europe end . I have learnt a valuable lesson do not by from these

WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM THE UK
EDITED REVEIW BELOW DUE TO THE REPLY TO ORGINAL REVIEW - Misleading from start to finish. Ordered a jet wash via a UK website but the company is actually based in Italy and ships from there. Delivery took over 3 weeks, and I was then hit with an unexpected £130 in import VAT and fees.
Product arrived with a European plug, not a UK one, making it unusable without an adapter. None of this was made clear at checkout.
Feels deceptive and poorly communicated. Wish I’d read similar reviews on here first - Would not use again. And would advise against ordering from the UK
Edited part - Your answer below is very misleading also - not anywhere when we were ordering were we made aware that the products were being shipped from Italy and also there would be a charge. Do you think we are stupid enough to order from an Italian website with a European plug and then get charged extra import duties for fun , don’t insult people’s intelligence.

An Italian tool wholesaler - what do you expect.
Purchased a torque meter KS TOOLS 516.0100 in January, the product arrived promptly. Tested, found the product to be substandard and of poor accuracy.
29/01/2026 req return/replacement.
Spent a month explaining the issue to them before they would acknowledge the issue and accept a return.
Returned on 10/03/2026.
05/05/2026 still no replacement received, or refund. £432.91 out of pocket!
Shocking customer service.
Just pass you off to "technical" departments.
Make sure you pay via Credit Card with this company or any of its subsidiaries.

The items are stuck in the USA customs…
The items are stuck in the USA customs and MrsterWorker sales staff did not follow up by giving customs the detailed description monthly would release it. I am not happy about it.

Prices are Ex VAT
They are advertising on a ‘UK’ site prices in £ that are actually being imported from Italy on which you’ll need to pay VAT (and wait days or weeks for it to arrive).
So it takes ages and the prices are completely misleading.
They have covered themselves in the small print at the bottom of the webpage but when a customer gives a UK delivery address on a ‘UK’ website the checkout process should make it clear duty will need to be paid.
I’m not even sure it’s legal to advertise prices ex VAT like this in the UK.
Having read the company’s response to similar reviews, your response is BS. You’re advertising in the UK on a website complete with a Union Jack symbol and unless you click through to access more
Information there is nothing on the checkout process that makes clear that import duties will apply . You are required to give at least equal prominence to the Inc VAT prices and it would be straight forward for you to add inc VAT prices or to include a clear message as part of check out that import duties will apply. You don’t do this because you’re either incompetent or dishonest.

For this reason, depending on the destination country, costs may be subject to VAT and import duties. This information is specified on our website, including in the relevant sections accessible during the purchasing process.
We understand that import procedures and related charges can be frustrating, and we continuously work to make this information as transparent as possible for our customers. However, such charges are determined by local authorities and are unfortunately beyond our control.
Should you have any doubts before placing an order, our Customer Service team is always available to provide clarification and support.

Poor quality Knipex tool by Mister Worker
1. The order arrived without manufacturer oem box, just in the plastic bag.
It is unknown if the item you sent me real new oem item.
2. It looks like chrome plating of the pliers is done as after market procedure, not by Knipex manufacturer.
3. The pivot is loose, so the pliers have excessive play from side to side, possible due to disassembly for chrome plating process.
After chrome plating reassembly the pivot was not corrected to eliminate excessive side to side play.
The knew item was turned into defective used item by Mister Worker or others who participated in the chrome plating process.
4. Why did Mister Worker shipped it with FedEx, expensive courier company.
In order to receive it I had to pay extra $18.
It is ridiculous.
The order can be shipped with regular mail and much lower shipping cost.
5. For the damage done , I am requesting 40 % of total price reimbursement, refund.
So Mister Worker proceed with 40% refund for damages done.
