Great product, I have the Power Clean Pro and have used it a few times on the couch and in the kitchen. The different bits are really great for all kinds of cleaning solutions. It's a bit of a learning curve to clean the machine well after use though. This takes some time.

Excellent service. I bought a Dect Clean vacuum cleaner, but after a while the suction power decreased. The defective vacuum cleaner was replaced.

I really love the Samako brand! I already own their steamer for cleaning stains, and it works amazingly well. Recently, I ordered the vacuum that also mops, and I’m honestly impressed. The AI feature that detects the type of floor and adjusts how it works is such a smart touch and makes cleaning so easy.

I also love the smell of their cleaning products so much that I ended up buying more. As a bonus, I received a small textile/room spray as a gift, and the scent is absolutely lovely. The stain remover spray works perfectly with the steamer vacuum too, which is a huge plus.

I’ve now also purchased the Nano handheld vacuum, waiting for it to arrived, at leased I would be able to vacuum my corners, stairs and couch with it. My brother came over, tried it, and immediately wanted one for himself. He jokingly asked if he could borrow mine… I told him he’d have to get his own! 🤦😂 No borrowing.

Great products, thoughtful technology, and amazing scents. Highly recommend Samako! Really fell in love with their products.

I placed two orders three weeks ago, and the tracking numbers ended up being the wrong packages, some items still haven't shipped, and the order statuses in my account are incorrect. Support only promises to look into the matter, but nothing has changed so far. They're just empty promises and assurances that it's not a scam. But in practice, it feels like a complete scam.

That code says that the product is returned back to Samako.
This is soon bad after waiting for the product, this is returned back.

It’s a nice Hoover overall, but it struggled a bit when picking up small pieces of paper, one even got stuck. It handles crumbs and carpets quite well, though. Of course, it can’t really compete with a Dyson, but that’s understandable given the price.
