a mess bordering on fraud
I placed two orders three weeks ago, and the tracking numbers ended up being the wrong packages, some items still haven't shipped, and the order statuses in my account are incorrect. Support only promises to look into the matter, but nothing has changed so far. They're just empty promises and assurances that it's not a scam. But in practice, it feels like a complete scam.

We would like to clarify that your shipment is currently available at the pickup location. As this order is being shipped to Portugal, delivery times can unfortunately be longer than usual due to international transit and local carrier processing.
