This was just an ad on my Instagram but given the other great reviews we decided to order. Got a great discount with Black Friday, arrived 2 days later and works amazing. Dyson who?!!

I had a great experience with the customer support. They were very patient and answered all my questions.

You can place an order but you can't cancel it. You email them to cancel it but they don't do it and instead ship it to your home. When you try to return it, they don't give you a shipping code to send it back. Don't buy from them.

I was skeptic for the results, but the carpetcleaner is amazing. I am happy with my purchase.

ordered the Samako cleaning device. The first one arrived damaged, but they quickly sent me a replacement, which works perfectly. I think it’s an affordable and reliable device!

I've ordered a sofa cleaner from them, and received an email that shipment might be delayed for a few days. But one week after ordering, the order status was still "shipment in preparation", so i've reached out to the customer support. They replied quickly, and informed me that the shipment is not being sent out because of a problem with address - it may only contain numbers. But first of all, why not notify me about this as soon as it's reported by their system, and secondly, it's a valid address in Belgium, what can I do about it. In each case we exchanged some emails and they said this info will be passed to their shipment facility or whatever and that i will receive a confirmation from them the same day that all has been shipped. Now we are 1.5 weeks later, and still no change in status, and no further info. Moreover, they stopped replying to my emails. Deeply disappointed with this service level, don't bother ordering from them.

My first machine didn't work properly. But when I told them, help was offered professionally. I was sent a new one, which worked perfectly. I have used it several weeks now and I am truly amazed by the results. I am soo happy with it.

Samako offers a great steam cleaner! Unfortunately, we experienced a malfunction with our product, but the service team was very kind and professional and send us a new unit asap.
Would recommend!

It's an ok product. I had very high expectations given the great reviews and the price. It is not a magic solution but it helps clean your difficult spots. The sending was fast but they make you pay an insurance for safe delivery wich I find weird...... I don't know if I would recommend this particular company but I am keeping the steamer because it helps. Hope this helps.

Exceptional customer Service and these products are a game-changer! The innovations and features make household cleaning incredibly easy and efficient. It's wonderful to have more free time to focus on other priorities.

I do not suggest for you to buy products from this company. We bought 2 Samako products from a reseller -a steam cleaner and a stain cleaner. The steam cleaner's head for all the small attachments broke and the steam cleaning is unusable anymore. We tried to contact the reseller, but they sent the wrong parts tonus. It seems like the attachment which broke is not available and you're also not able to buy it online. It's an essential part and if it breaks, there your money go out of the window. I also contacted Samako directly - over phone and email. I sent to them all my personal information to send me the part, including pictures of the broken part and a description. On 15th of August they said the part is sent to me, while no part has arrived and I haven't received an email about a package being delivered to me neither. They also stopped answering my emails and now they also do not have a phone number for calling anymore.

I have purchased the stick vacuum cleaner and it has been absolutely fantastic. Having used Dyson for years and I can honestly say that Samako does an amazing job. Does everything it promises and it’s super easy to use and the battery time is more than enough for a two storey big house. I am so happy with my purchase and already recommended it to all my friends. It is the vacuum cleaner that every house needs. Lightweight, great led light and long battery life. Thank you Samako.

First of all, world class customer service. I requested some help and got my answers promptly. Then the product just as shown in the website, restored my furniture like new. Easy to use and handy in almost cleaning everything.
