Had a wonderful experience using survivor servers. I’m not to well versed in starting servers and was about to refund the server. Steven reach out very promptly after my refund request and immediately solved all my issues of converting my already made world and character to get the server working. Would definitely recommend to friends

Had some issues at first with my server stopping and not restarting. I was moved to a different server box which fixed my issue. Seems to be running well now! Staff is pretty prompt when responding, especially Steven. Helped me out a few times when thing either weren't working (like the stopping issue) or mods were crashing my server (my fault). So I'd say it's been a good experience.

To summarize: I would recommend them and I appreciate how friendly their customer service is.

I emailed a question about an issue I was having with backing up server files and Steven replied very quickly and even created a compressed backup for me to download from the file manager on my account. Thanks Steven.

Steven and Peter have been nothing but amazing! They are quick to answer all my annoying questions and help me keep my server up and running. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Will definitely keep coming back to them whenever I need new servers!

Steven helped get the server for Palworld back online within less than an hour!

Steven was incredibly helpful to me when I was running into some problems with the servers, within just 20 minutes of writing my ticket he managed to respond to me and fix my problem. My experience has been stellar since!

Shoutout Peter for fixing my server issue. I opened up a ticket thinking I knew what the problem was, but it was a completely different issue. Peter went into my server files and deleted the corrupted file for me which was the giving me the problem.

I have been a customer for several years now and have never once had a bad customer service experience. I recommend them to everyone I can.

Peter helped me get my entire sever to a playable state including a database migration. It was top notch service and the reason I run all of my game servers through Survival Servers.

I have had multiple servers over the years and tried other companies. Yet I keep coming back to SurvivalServers. Now they even respond much faster to tickets so our downtime is minimal when there is any.

i had a issue with a palworld server and support was not only kind, they are also very helpful and very good at explaining issues for customers to understand. excellent service and i am very pleased.

Me and my friend started a world on Palworld and wanted to be able to play at any time so we rented a server. Survival Servers was very easy to rent the server and Steven White even helped us transfer the save file after we asked for support. We then had trouble with our characters and Peter Quadro clutched up and helped us both so we keep our progress. We will definitely be using Survival Servers later on for the games we want a server for and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for one.
