I have used the company for several years and would not change to another service.

This is my first TrustPilot review. I've been using their customer service for nearly 20 years. They're fast! And solve my problems. And when I ask for them to add a module or extension for perl or php they're happy to do so. Thumbs up x 10 !!

Over the years, I’ve been part of teams of small-mid-enterprise hosting companies, and I also use the services of many well-established providers as a customer. What stands out with ICDSoft is that they seem genuinely product-focused. They don’t appear to compromise on quality, and most importantly, everything simply works.

The platform is stable, the control panel is clean and intuitive, and the overall experience is clearly built with developers and professionals in mind. In most cases, there is no need to contact support because the product itself is reliable and well thought out.

Their documentation is extensive and covers almost everything you might need. And when support is needed, the replies are fast, practical, and helpful.

Chose the company because I liked the things it's owner wrote on his FB page. I liked the way he thinks and wanted to implement his ways in my life and business. So in order to support his en devours and to have trustworthy service I became his client and have not had a problem ever. Only time I needed to ask the support something I got a response in a few minutes and that was when I first created my account and wondered which server place should I use. One year I was a few days late on renewing my account, just did not have the money at the moment. Never told them anything but my site was there, they did not took it down.
