Incredible Server-Trouble Resolution
I was able to get in contact with a support agent by the name Ashley, and I genuinely do not believe I could have run into a better contact. Considerate of time it took for things to launch and troubleshoot, moved along in a clean manner with concise questions and answers, as well as overall friendly and good humoured. Easily one of the better support interactions I've had in a *long* time.
