i HAD TO MAKE SOME CHANGES to my DNS settings, which I have no idea what that means, and contacted support at HostPapa and the agent, Jericho M., offered to do it for me. Over the top service!

I honestly can’t thank Jericho Montoya from HostPapa enough for the help he gave me with my website.
I was in a really stressful situation and was worried about getting my website back. Jerico could have simply done what was required and moved on, but instead, he went way and beyond to help me get everything restored.
What really stood out to me was his patience and willingness to keep working through the problem. He took the time to understand what was going on, worked through the issues, and stayed focused on getting my website back up and running.
You can tell when someone is just doing their job, and you can also tell when someone genuinely cares about helping you. Jericho Montoya was definitely the latter.

AVOID!!! BUYERS BEWARE! Their website is glitchy and created multiple debits on my account in a 1 hour period! They withhold your money and mine was around $500 and then do not giving any product or domain through their dodgy transactions witholding. They ignore you for days and provide poor customer response times wasting precious business money and time in going back and forth for a week with big ignorance gaps ongoing and their money back guarantee can't be trusted!! It takes over a week of ignorance then you might see moneyback if you keep following up as they don't!

HostPapa are aware of outstanding debts and takes over 7 days and saying lawyers will be next following up, as they have very little follow up, unnecessary delays and interaction. Quickest response ever below and shows they do know! Do better HostPapa and do what your website says we shouldn't have to wait 30 days for a refund.

See evidence here they act like they don't know then break Confidentiality, Privacy and Data laws in Australia! Use at your own risks as they delay your paybacks they don't provide what you pay for and their website has glitches that resulted in 3 charges that all say HOSTPAPA Accounts don't lie and photographic evidence.
