We have been paying $14.99 a month for a long time to put towards a yearly checkup. No one ever called us to set up an appt. Apparently we were due for a checkup last January. We were told you no longer contact us for an appt. How were we supposed to know that when you always called us?, So why have we been paying you monthly all this time??

Awesome Experience
From the sales motion to the install Reliable was great! We had to replace our units because of an emergency and the whole service team made a typically painful process a great one. There were some unforeseen bumps along the way (to no ones fault) and the Reliable team was there to handle all the moving parts.

Scott and Tim went above and beyond with sense of urgency and attentiveness. They were able to coordinate with crews and have an new hot water heater installed with a new dedicated electrical outlet in no time at all. Very impressed.
