I do miss a plumbing company that just charges you for parts and time spent working by the hour. These ridiculous prices for a job that takes an hour is just not acceptable. Gering Valley plumbing does the same thing. They put an incorrect flange under our toilet and it started leaking in less than 6 months ($750). At least Best Plumbing got the correct flange and did the job right. Was originally double charged for resetting the toilet and the flange to the tune of over $1200. They did remove the one charge for $386 when I complained, which i greatly appreciated. I just think that an hourly charge and the price of materials would be better than putting an outrageous price on work that really does not take that much time. This seems to be what most plumbing companies do at this time. I will keep looking for one that does not charge like this.

Over charged for a kitchen sink repair. Still no response from service manager. Offered a quote of $2600.00 to replace a kitchen faucet, 2 under sink service lines & 2 under sink valves. Taking advantage of seniors.

Fixed our Vermont Castings heater when it quit while we were out of state. Repairs were effective and prompt!

My heater went out and I reached out to 5 different companies. They were the first and only ones to respond.

They’re prompt and on time. The technician called the manufacture of the unit and stayed until the problem was solved.

They were able to come next day, I plugged up the kitchen sink, and it was a very bad time. Seems like a lot of $ for it but they did come and check other places in the house and had some good ideas for my Husband to learn. Answered every question. Drain backed up less than a week later, after main was snaked. I have had best snake my drain before, cost 179 dollars, this time almost 800. Will not use Best In future and will let people know my experience, if you don't make it right.
