Look, I keep getting your messages offering to delete bad reviews for $90 a pop. I’m not paying you a dime. This is the second one-star review from your fake account from PAKISTAN, and it’s clearly a scam. I don’t get why Trustpilot won’t do anything about it, even after I’ve reported it several times. I guess they only care if I shell out $3,800 a year for a Plus membership, which I’m not doing either. If a real customer left a bad review, I’d own it, but I can’t stand these fake ones. Nice try, Ahsan Baloch—calling me from Pakistan to offer this "service" right after I blocked you. It’s no coincidence. Keep the fake reviews coming if you want, but I’m never paying you or any other scammer for their removal. To my customers: I’d own up to any real feedback, but it’s ridiculous that Trustpilot ignores this unless I pay their extortionate fees. A $3,800 annual plan? Just so they can give me priority and better support? They would probably " look into this matter" if I was a paid member. If I don't pay up, to either party, I'm basically on my own. It's a shame!

Quality Product
Faucet is as described. Arrived on time and in perfect shape. Had planned to install myself. But after attempting to disconnect the old water lines and seeing that our valves needed replacing and the whole job was more strenuous than this 72 year old can handle, arranged for a plumber to do the change out, which took him over an hour. After a month, the Faucet is working fine, looks great and solid.
Not an issue, but I would have changed the design so that the bar that the sprayer attaches to not only swivels as it does but also could be adjusted up and down to allow for hands off cleaning of larger items in the sink. When the sprayer is detached, you can of course move it wherever you want, but you have to have a hand on it.
But all in all, a great product!

Being able to adjust the height of the docking arm for hands free washing of bulky items is a great idea. I am always looking for ways to make my hardware better, and insights from experienced users like you directly drive my product development and future innovations. I might just have to look into engineering something along those lines!

Quality with 5 star service
I purchased the "Logan" model faucet and have been pleasantly surprised ever since. The checkout process was smooth and easy. After that I anticipated a generic email with a tracking number. What I got instead was a personalized email with a photo of them quality inspecting the actual faucet I would be receiving. Who knew that level of customer service existed still? Not me! I stumbled across this brand on reddit, I know, yikes! But I was desperate for something besides Delta or Kohler that was actually a quality product. I was tired of buying faucets and being disappointed. I am happy to report that I am exceedingly impressed with the quality of this product. It operates smoothly and easily, yet feels solid. Nothing feels cheap or plastic. It was simple and easy to install as well. My husband had it installed and running within 30 minutes. Considering the quality of the product I do not regret a single penny spent on this and I will be (and already have been) recommending Mirozza to anyone needing similar products. If you're even remotely on the fence about their products, let this be the review to bring you to checkout. You will not be disappointed.

Just installed the Halstead kitchen faucet. It is beautiful and works perfectly. Comparable to faucets costing 3 or 4 times as much incredible value. The owner is always available to answer questions.

Fantastic products
Edit: I want to mention that I only heard about this company in a home -improvement type forum, so their exposure in my experience is still pretty limited. I believe this company would explode in popularity if their name received more promotion online. You’d be hard pressed to find equivalent quality products at the same price point, that offer the same amount of customer support all along the way.
Original review: Fantastic products, from the fit, finish, and functionality. The Halsted faucet and soap dispenser actually feel like quality. I had a couple questions during my install, and reached out to their CS through email, and had a response within a couple hours. They even followed up with me again a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly.
It’s increasingly rare to find a company that actually stands behind their product. I really hope they are able to expand their product lines to include bathroom hardware, and be able to offer the same quality without the incredible markups that you encounter with the big name brands’ “quality” lines.
I would gladly buy from this company again!

Great quality and less expensive than similar styles
When the original faucet I wanted got back ordered I ordered a Mirozza because it was well reviewed online and in stock. It arrived fast and at first I wasn’t sure if it was as nice, but I didn’t want to delay my kitchen. To my pleasant surprise, the quality really shines when it’s installed. It looks and feels great, saved me over 500 bucks and lost time, and the owner was lovely and highly communicative even when I was thinking about returning it before the install. I’m so glad I kept it!
It’s rare these days to find a company that you can tell really cares about its products and this one is it.

Built to last!
After going through 2 or three different Moen and Kohler products in our kitchen — each one not lasting even 8 years, I was so excited to see someone recommend these all metal kitchen faucets. We ordered two for our kitchen and installed them a week ago and I am just THRILLED with them. The hardest part of the install was getting the old faucets off because parts were rusted and broken. The Mirozza faucets feel substantial and really nice. They’re very sleek and clean looking, the finish is very nice and they don’t hold spots from our hard water. They’re were easy to install. The flow pressure is really nice. They just seem wonderful and like they are going to last. We’re so happy with this purchase.
