I am going to file a complaint
I am going to file a complaint. My money has been blocked for months. I contacted customer support to access my account, but they are completely ignoring me.
The withdrawal limits keep increasing every time so that I cannot make a withdrawal.
I have lost several thousand dollars.
I will take all necessary legal actions to recover everything and seek damages.
Fraud
Fraud! They need to be sued for fraud! They continued to suck in new investors in without full disclosure.. they sucked money out of us knowing full well their model was collapsing but said nothing!
100% satisfaction in your products
Congratulations on your timeliness and clarity in addressing concerns and building trust in an investment model that is still under development.
Scam
I registered, bought a token, but there are no payments because the company is in court. So why are you selling tokens if the payments are stopped, and stop selling tokens. Otherwise, it's a scam.
They gave me great help
They gave me great help, Quick responce.Their platform is wonderful,They are very nice!!
Bankrupted platform , keep out
It is a very unfortunate fate the one RealT is facing, they are at the verge of total bankruptcy. This is a Chronicle of a Death Foretold. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
First: Since the paralysis of rents and any commercial activity regarding all Detroit properties since 2025, the company has been falling apart due to an obvious massive budget restriction.
Second, the have BLOCKED almost every official communication. The most shocking one was blocking the entire official discord server, of course, this has been done to stop spreading the reality that the company is bankrupted. This is another huge red flag.
Third, they have stopped any buyback program. No Detroit properties , ANY buyback program. Of course, due to obvious lack of trust, clients started to panic and desperately tried to recover any funds before everything goes to zero. As expected, realt stopped every operation.
Fourth, if for some chance the tokens you had expired due to a sell operation , you get fake money tokens (REUSD), which of course you can only use it with realt to buy more property tokens.
Fifth, and this is the most beautiful one. THE RENTS HAVE STOPPED. Yep, you heard it, not just for detroit, for every property. The entire purpose of RealT has just dissapeared, deleted, gone.
So, is it over? Probably yes. You may argue the company is doing as much as they can to hold the line and avoid extinction but one thing is already lost forever. Their reputation.
For every poor soul still holding money in this dead platform, there is one key miracle that may give some hope. That it is the reactivation of the Detroit properties, it is the only true event thay may unlock funds. Then, the company should sell at whatever possible cost some properties, clients should accept 10 or 20% losses, and then finally everybody could at least ran away from this with a reasonable amount of money.
But again, reputation? Gone forever
very big issues everywhere
Not only big issues in detroit ; very poor communication with strong lack of transparency and lack of clear recognition of realt's numerous mistakes. the more it goes, the more it looks like a ponzi sheme ; perhapes no scam but it definitely developed for the worse. No weekly rents from February 9th 2026, communicated with email from February 17th 2026. RealT: "To this end, it has been decided to suspend weekly distributions and instead recapitalize the properties across the real estate portfolio in order to bring them to market." The RMM market is paralyzed. They want to sell the real estates. To purchase token, you have to pay liquid stable coins (USDC, XDAI, FIAT-currency). If they have sold a property, you would get play money called REUSD (not liquid, no market, only to lock you in the REALT-ecosystem). I don't understand how anyone can give RealT 5 stars in the face of the Detroit disaster (reviews from July 2025). Form your own opinion.
I still trust RealT, BUT
I still trust RealT, but we have no info on whatever is going, and I would like to know where my investments are going.
Good intro to defi
It takes you to learn on-chain transactions a little bit, but not too much. You get a yield of course, always good. You can easily diversify since you can buy tokens for only 50 dollars. And now can even invest in Latin-America.
Excellent !
Experience
Realt agents are serious and react perfectly to all unforeseen events, and in real estate there are many.
