I am requesting a refund as they have not sent me but 1 wholesaler lead
I told them no wholesale leads and never received another lead. I do not recommend this company!!

Scammers here. I paid $695 for promised real estate leads, but instead they sell their CRM and I never received the leads I was promised. I was contacted by people using US phone numbers and they are operating from India, and the company appears to frequently change its website/branding. Very disappointing experience—do your research before paying them.

Signed up with them back in April. So far it is going decent. Their team is slow to respond but few leads turned out to be good. Let's see what happens next.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They will NOT return your money back after the 60 days as promised if you are not satisfied. I requested seller leads and they continue to send me wholesalers looking for off market properties. I've complained several times and now that 60 days have passed, they refuse to give me my money back and keep asking me to allow them 30 more days. I talked to Steve (offshore) initially and he provided his phone number but now refuses to call or text me back. Someone else always calls me back and they are also offshore. The contract says the owner is a Robert J Williams out of Berkely CA. BEWARE!!!!

BEWARE! “Mark Williams” from Snovio Referral sends out annoying and unwanted SPAM solicitation texts, despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list. Reporting them to FTC for harassment! Their 5-star reviews on this site also all come from users with only ONE review, that’s SUSPICIOUS…

I joined up around June 6th and have not received a lead yet. They told me it would take 10 days?

Never thought these leads would suit my high end market, but I figured I'd try anyway. First lead was hesitant and picky, took multiple calls to convince them to schedule a showing. Finally, after some effort, it turned into a closing. The process isn't seamless, you have to work at it, and updates are slow sometimes. Still, the lead quality is decent, better than some other services I've used. Not perfect, but it can pay off if you're willing to put in the work.

Leads aren't huge in number but they answer. Took me 2 months to see the results. I closed two deals and another one is pending. Wish the flow was more consistent though.

CRM feels a bit clunky, had to figure some things myself. Support replied when I asked for help specially Dennis is champ he helped me with clearing the title.

Being using them for a few months now. I like the CRM and tools, and I've actually got closings from their leads. Way better then my past experience with other platforms.
