Working with Orchard and Susan Glynn was a fantastic experience. The process went smoothly from the search to closing. The Orchard support staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Susan has vast experience in real estate which helped us make our decision. She takes time to explain things, listens and is very communicative. If you’re looking to sell or buy and need honest guidance and support I would enthusiastically recommend Orchard, the support team and especially Susan.

Candice Reid was absolutely amazing. I had a very difficult case and it took a while to get my funding right and she stuck by me through the ups and the downs. She went through the trenches with me. With the approval I had we went and saw houses that shouldn’t even be on the market but she kept going with me until I finally found MY house !!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would have quit along time ago but sitting here in my new house that I absolutely love typing this I am finally at peace!!!!!

Mr Chad Murphy went above and beyond he took care of difficult situations like with the probate attorney and called the title company for me and also the buyer he made it a very smooth transition for me his supervisor is also a very nice person working with Orchard was a very positive and great experience I would recommend Orchard to anyone. Thank you again have a wonderful weekend.

unprofessional experience because the agent was trying to negotiate price before seen the house, looks to me she wasn't want to do anything, apparently automatic offer was a hook, the agent unexperienced want to work over the phone,.

I reached out on a friday, they wanted to schedule someone to come to the house and discuss there programs for Saturday. I informed her I work weekend nights shift but would be available around 4pm-
. I woke up early for a night shift to hear about there programs. Saturday no one showed or called although they did send a survey about my experience with my appointment. (Which they never did). No one responded to text, calls or emails Saturday.so monday I text again asking for an explanation. The text simply said we cant find an agent to help u and have closed your request. Wth. So ghost me no communication. There is no good reason why they did not show. We own our home free and clear and are relocating. House is current listed but we are worried about the market being so slow. I just want a professional communication as deserved and a apology for wasting my time with there lack of communication.

I sold our house in Houston with the help of one of their agents, Evan Mangan. He was amazing to work with - very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had moved out of state so he helped us with things at our house before it sold. The whole team he had was wonderful - we used Orchard Title and the whole transaction was seamless and easy!!

One of the worst Offers I have ever Received in my Life. This is not the Ugliest House in the neighborhood its the Best house. I stuck over $120k in this house to fix all the Flipper mistakes and cover ups. And what you Guys offered is the biggest Slap in my Face. My Value was $435 and you guys cut that in half and offer that are you guys High praying on people what put Trust in your Company. Mark Spain makes a way better offer and is Honest

I met with a realtor named Jay from Orchard in Sept 2026 and his presentation was impressive. We had over the phone communication which led to Jay emailing us documentation with numbers and what we could expect. So we e-signed based on the info he provided. The first week of Oct 2026 we met again but with a partner of his also employed by Orchard. The house that we are selling is only 3 years old and in a great location and the condition is near perfect as I live like a minimalist basically. I live a boring and clean lifestyle which reflects on the homes condition. When Jay and his partner came on the second visit apparently the numbers that Jay presented us prior were not accurate at all, I guess he just wanted to secure us signing with him. The options presented on the second visit were so far off from the initial visit and emailed interactions so we were confused. Jays partner led with a bunch of irrelevant jargon that had nothing to do with our situation. Examples are “I’ve sold over 10million dollars of homes in the past few years” and “we can list your home for a million dollars but it doesn’t mean it’s going to sell for that much”. In my head I’m like no shit Sherlock why would I even think about listing a $350K home for a million dollars? What I said during the visit was “what’s the point of these irrelevant statements other than wasting my time?” “Why would I even think about selling my home for a million dollars?” I am very good at reading people and I did not appreciate the angle they were trying to push, it seemed as if they were not operating with our best interest in mind and utilizing some sort of scripted angle they must use to position clients where they want them or something. I suggested that we are not opposed to selling below market value if that would help the sell go through faster. Jay was aware that not all of the homes in our community have been built yet and it is harder to meet builders incentives but he still presented numbers 2 weeks after we signed that indicated that we could reach the price we are looking for. However on the following visit those options and numbers changed drastically leading to confusion to why did you present us with said numbers to begin with especially after Jay had 2 weeks to do his research? Jay’s partner also was asking personal questions about our marriage which I don’t think is any of his business to be honest. Furthermore Jay also made a questionable comment to my wife on the first meeting, it was borderline inappropriate. I know he meant it as a compliment and my wife didn’t hear him fully so no damage occurred but I kept a mental note. Jay is a bald, short and extremely obese man just to set the scene, so his intended compliment came off as a bit distasteful. The comment he made was when he said “I’m going to be taking some pics of your home now” my wife said “ok let me get out of the way, I’ll make sure to stand behind you”. Jay then said “ofcourse your more than welcome to be in the pics as that would make the pics much better”. That statement is borderline unacceptable in my opinion. I’m sure my wife had she been paying attention which she wasn’t, she tends to not notice things and her hearing in one ear is not 100%. I brought it to her attention afterwards and she said is that what he said? That’s gross I hope he didn’t really say that. I then said to her I think he meant it as a compliment and it was no big deal. However with Jay’s physical appearance and I mean this with no disrespect it made the situation more awkward. Overall I didn’t like how he was comfortable making that kind of statement when we really don’t even know each other. And how they tried to push an option on us that wasn’t in our best interest, it was in Orchards best interest instead. My wife and I are young and this is our first home sell and I could tell that they tried to exploit our inexperience however I am not a dummy and I recognized their tactics. We came to Jay transparent, honest and real and he did not return the favor at all. Not to mention all of the time wasted during this timeframe of interactions which we can never get back. I would not recommend Orchard or Jay to anyone going forward. I have signed to another realty company and will leave a honest review based on my experience after the sell.

Easy to work with, and the end result was I sold my house!! My agent, Chan, worked very hard for me, and kept me well informed about everything that was going on. She stayed in top of everything!!
