Jennifer is very professional, responded promptly to all my questions and requests, very easy to work with.
Beth and Jim did a great job throughout the process start to finish. Very patient and very good communication. This is clearly their full time, all in career. Not, a side job or part time job. They are knowledgeable and committed. Would absolutely use again.

It took me a long time to get the house listed due to other circumstances, though sanford was patient and checked on me and offered along the way if there was anything he could do for me in regard to the Fort Worth residence that was not yet for sale.

Eric was very patient with this octogenarian! He checked on my packing progress, even bringing smaller boxes when I couldn’t lift the packed larger ones. Very thoughtful! He also dealt with the cable company and returned their components for me.

Terry realtor agent name I was given from ideal agent. So happy to have a well seasoned agent having 30 years plus experience broker/agent. In today’s markets it takes a knowledgeable agent to guide through today’s housing market. Very pleased with ideal agents referral that was given to me. Thank you thank you!

A Predatory Trap—Worse Than iBuyer Lowballs!
Do not fall for the "2% commission" trap. It is a classic bait-and-switch designed to lure in homeowners looking to save on fees, only to push you into selling your home for dirt cheap. They want an easy paycheck with absolutely zero work, completely at the expense of your hard-earned home equity. I cannot believe this is what the "top 1%" have to offer—it is nothing but a massive disappointment.
It is an insulting, disgusting practice. To put it in perspective, institutional iBuyers like Offerpad offered $223k and Opendoor offered $249k. Yet, the agent Ideal Agents matched me with S.H. From Keller Williams brokerage pressed me to sell for a rock-bottom $215k. What a sick joke.
The agent immediately pulled the "I’ve been in the industry for 20 years" card to try and manipulate me into believing it wasn’t possible to sell closer to actual value. In reality, "20 years" just meant he was completely burned out, lacked the integrity or drive to do the actual work required to market a home properly, and wanted to push for a fast, lazy paycheck. Forcing tired, checked-out professionals to stay in the workforce hurts the consumer, hinders the industry, and leads to predatory practices where agents try to rip off homeowners just to make their own lives easier.
Homeowners need to know that you do not have to attribute your success to a traditional, unquestioned, and predatory real estate industry that takes advantage of people right alongside lowballing cash buyers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
Today, it is entirely possible to protect your equity by utilizing AI for market data and working directly with an independent title company to securely sell your home yourself.
Avoid this service at all costs. They do not advocate for you; they actively work against you for a quick buck especially if they know you need to move quickly.
UPDATE: Look at how fast this company changes its story to save face! In their first response to this review, they claimed that " being advised to accept an offer significantly below market value - is absolutely not aligned with the standard we expect from any agent in our network, and we take this very seriously” and that “they were unable to locate my file in their system" and begged me to reach out. But the second I sent a formal email telling them to cease all contact, they suddenly found my file and updated their response to claim their agent "chose not to take this listing."
What an embarrassing corporate pivot. They didn’t reject us—we flatly rejected their lowball strategy and told them to stop harassing us. They stand behind a $215k value all the sudden after apologizing and saying the complete opposite while standard corporate iBuyers offered $249k with the exact same disclosures. They are just trying to protect their corporate rating by gaslighting the consumer.

Lynn was very professional. Not like some agents that act like a used car salesmen. Lynn really knows her profession. Great lady to work with. I would do it again if she was my realtor. Thanks for getting me a good price and the closing was smooth.

Brian was one of the best r/e agents l’ve used to date.. and l’ve used numerous over the years for residential and commercial purchases and sales.
He knocked on my door as l was just about ready to fire my previous agent due to her telling me she was doing stuff she never did! So when he dropped off his card at my office building l had been attempting to sell for the previous year, we discussed what l had been experiencing and he promised me he would have it listed by the end of that day.. so l said everybody talks a good show, so prove you can do it and then we’ll talk! So 2 hours later he came back with the contract, l signed it and by that evening it was listed on both of the sites (the previous agent had told me she had it on for the previous 6 months but never did), and soon after spring arrived this year it sold! And for $25,000 more than l was hoping to receive! I’ve owned a local company for nearly 30 years and have hired (nearly) 70 sales people over the years and Brian is definitely the real deal!!
