Not being very tech savvy I was…
Not being very tech savvy I was concerned that this was going to be difficult. The step by step instructions were easy to follow. The process of notarizing the document was a bit of a challenge as there was 2 individual signatures required but we got it done and the Notary was very helpful and we finished in no time at all. Now we await the final paperwork. Happy with my interaction so far so good.

Very easy process
There was a short questionnaire, then we received a draft copy of the deed the same day. When we approved the draft a notorization date was set. The notary process took about 15 minutes. This was a very easy process.
